Hollywood Beauty Eyebrow Threading

DO N O T COME HERE!!! Wish I could give 0 stars. An older lady (she refused to give me her name) completely messed up my eyebrows! She threaded one side so thin & completely removed my arch and left the other side thick & removed so much from the start of my eyebrows. I told her they were uneven and asked for a refund and she got so RUDE and loud in front of other customers telling me "It's your eyebrows" & "it's not her fault or her problem" then proceeded to ask the customers if they noticed a problem but they said they wanted no part of it. I told her I didn't want to argue just wanted my money back and after going back and forth she tried giving me her $7 tip but I told her I wanted it all back and she eventually gave me my money back not including the tip I gave her & she continued to shout things at me as I was walking out the door in front of the other customers!!!

Went in for my usual upper lip and eyebrows, as always I’m overly satisfied with the results😍 I come in and the same lady does them with perfection every time!

Normally have a good experience with this place but went in today and got serviced by this lady I never seen before. Went in for a clean up and got no change to my brows and a cut on my eyelid for good measure. Even had the nerve to blame me for the cut for "moving too much" despite lying perfectly still as I usually do

Very very bad experience she totally messed up my eyebrows and when I tried to tell her they looked very different she had the audacity to say “that’s just your eyebrows” and while she was “fixing” my eyebrows she said “I want to leave this job I don’t like it” very rude and did not take her time at all maybe she should quit.

Evana is the best in the state of Arizona and has done great every time I arrive she s the greatest Evana is absolutely amazing, she does great work very has awesome customer service and every visit I feel and look great due to her skills and awesome attitude 12/10...Evana is excellent.

Worst experience ever I did my eyebrow there it was lady there who look like the owner. I can say very bad lighting inside room and she cut very close to my eye she went very aggressively on my eyebrows.

Lady who did my brows did an amazing job. She is so kind and sweet and does exactly what you want. 10/10 She even threaded my little mustache. That place will be my go-to brow threading salon

I can be very picky and a little obnoxious when it comes to my eyebrows. Evana treated me with patience, kindness and professionalism. She didn't take it badly or seem offended when I pointed things out. And this is how my brows came out. Overall I would say it was a good experience.
