Where should I start? The ambiance upon entering the shop was so welcoming. Everything was so clean, neat and smelled really good. Toya gave me a lesson on the importance of keeping my hair healthy and hydrated. We had great conversation, she took her time and did exactly what I requested. She also offered me a light refreshment. I am always skeptical about going to salons, especially if I want my hair cut. She definitely made my experience worthwhile. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning. I received so many compliments on my hair. My services included, a wash, iron out on natural hair, condition and cut.

I got a silk press done. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Toya was kind enough to explain why I was experiencing certain problems with my hair and what to do moving forward. Her advices has been working since then. I also got a trimmed worried I had to cut off too much but she reassured me that I didn’t need to cut off as much as I expected. I look forward to my next visit.

Wow! This is exactly what my husband said when I returned home from my hair appointment. It's been years since I visited a professional salon, and Mrs. Toya truly worked wonders. My hair had become dry, brittle, and the ends were in serious need of attention. Mrs. Toya took the time to assess my hair and explain exactly what needed to be done. She treated my hair with the care and expertise I haven't experienced since childhood, making me feel right at home. She explained every step of the process before proceeding, and I was so grateful that she wasn’t scissor-happy—my hair still had great length after a careful trim. The salon itself was immaculate, with a wonderful scent and impeccable decor. Mrs. Toya is such a kind and thoughtful person, offering refreshments and personally escorting me to the door after my appointment. I was the only client in the shop, which made me feel incredibly valued. And to top it all off, her prices were more than reasonable. This was by far the best salon experience I've had, and it was absolutely worth it. I could go on and on because I was that impressed!

I just relocated to Indianapolis and I started looking for someone to do my hair. Well, I began looking on line and ran across Hollywood Beauty Palace. I read all reviews and was very impressed. Very pleasant experience. My 8 yr old got an iron out and she was gentle and patient with her. Very informative on how to care for her hair and signs to look for damage. Highly recommended.

Great experience. Loved my hair, it was so soft. She was very knowledgeable and gave good hair tips. Shop was very clean. Loved that she walked me to my car since it was late. Definitely recommended

I was a walk in. I was greeted by Toya who graciously fit me into her schedule. She is very personable and explained what she was doing with each step. Her shop is also nice and comfortable. I’ve been looking for a new stylist and I would highly recommend her.

Hollywood Beauty Palace is the place to go if you’re having damage hair, messy hair, whatever hair situation you have going on. Ms. Toya is professional, have patience, salon is clean. She’s constantly wiping down and sweeping hair salon. This is my first time coming to do my hair here and I love it. She transformed my hair that I thought it so damage to come to live. I had the BEST experience with Toya at Hollywood Beauty Palace! Being from a military family, I have had to seek and experience the good and bad of looking for a hairstylist all over the world. Toya was very clear on not only hearing my request but educated me on how to best care for my hair. I have never felt such sincerity and concern from any hairstylist. All I can say is OMG! Toya is amazing! Anytime someone can do MY hair to last over 3 weeks in 100 degree weather, travel and rain deserves all accolades! Not to mention that her shop is lovely decorated, CLEAN, and smells wonderful. Toya's professionalism is like no other. She runs her shop like clockwork, it's relaxing and she is very detailed while explaining the service(s) you are receiving. You can tell she is total business and creative just by viewing her website! She has a beautiful personality and listens attentively to what you want.
