Horrible experience. Don't waste your time or money. Decided to go because it was close by and was hoping I could find a place to frequent. Could still be an ok place. Just don't see Nicole. Ruined my whole experience and would rather look for another place than try there again with a different therapist.

This place is very bad for massages late evening. I called and asked for a massage 90 minutes or 2 hours, they tell me they close early at 9. I show up and agree to do 1 hour. They tell me someone called already. 3 minutes later... really? Either they discriminate against heavy weight people or its false advertising for your hours. Don't say you close at 10pm if you don't want to work until 10!

Went here to get a massage and gave them my credit card to pay it, then they wanted me to pay tip in cash, BEFORE the actual massage. It was their policy...So it ended up I didn't get a massage because I didn't want to pay any tip in advance and they lost 3 customers because of this. Good job!

Natty was wonderful! The minute you walk she gives you a warm welcome and assist you to make yourself comfortable. She is very receptive when it come to your massages preferences. Very rexaling and satisfied. I will definitely be back. Thank you Hollywood Thai spa for your service!
