I LOVE THIS PLACE! MY FOREVER NAIL SALON NOW! I used to go to lavender nails in lakecrest village and was a patron for years. During my pregnancy (6 years ago) and ever since I loved doing my nails as my only self care thing. Lavender just never gave me good service..I always had to wait long and had ppl get served before me as I'm already sat. Or my 5 year old wants her nails done and I explain we want to sit next to each other and go same time..this was the kicker. They sat my daughter so far away and served and sat ppl for 20 mins before ever touching her hands and feet. I know she's a child but she's a paying customer who wants a little experience you know!? A little pamper. She's a sweet patient kid too it just sealed the deal I need new service. Hollywood nails got us right in! No wait! Mai was amazing to me and my kiddo just such a sweet lady. We sat next to each other and she got her mani while mama did and some chit chat. She loved it! The prices are better too! I recommend making an appointment they always have availability and it's just more streamlined with an appt. I have been going back religiously every 2 weeks and Mai is the best we well as the gal with long hair who sits next to her. She always chats with my kiddo and makes her feel special. I called here and asked if they could do my dipped nails and a pedicure.. they said yes and made an appointment for later the same day. When I arrived I waited and when they called me to start they said I could only get pedicure only cause they didn't have time to do my nails! What is the point of calling and making an appointment if you are not going to serviced with what your appointment was for to begin with.. The girls working there just laughed when I rejected to only get a pedicure .. I won't be back .. so unprofessional and lacking in customer service.just to be clear this is not my first time coming here . They were real nice the other times but the work is sub par

I'm new to the area and needed a quick pedicure and I didn't have time to drive across town to my regular salon. Looked up reviews of salons near me and Hollywood nails had pretty good reviews so I gave them a try. I walked in and they were able to see me with just a couple minutes wait. I got the VIP pedicure and it was worth every penny. The salon was very clean and neat and the staff was very welcoming and friendly Will definitely return.

Comfortable and clean. Very efficient and neat. Nice selection of laquer colors, and the sugar scrub on my legs felt really good. The massage chair was a bit distracting, and the pedicurists seemed a little brusque and impatient. This was my first pedicure. I would go there again.

Came in 7/3/23 and got my pedicure by Mai, it was my first time getting French tip and I was kind of nervous but she did a great job! I am very pleased with how they came out and I am definitely coming back ☺️

I have never sat and been pampered with a nicer group of ladies who are so clean and professional. Even though they may talk in their native language to one another, they always bring you into the conversation by speaking English and are always smiling at you and are so polite. My Mani/peti's last an entire month they do such a good job!!! I highly recommend this very reasonably priced salon.

I love this place and the lovely people that work there. I have been going for about 5 years with my mom who recently passed away. They were so kind when they heard of her passing. They are the best!

Love Hollywood Nails. I won’t go anywhere else. Cindy and Mai are great but then all of the ladies are good. I never have problems with my nails when I go there.

I come here regularly to get waxed and not only are the prices great, but they always do a wonderful job. I haven't done my nails since the pandemic started, but I love their pedicures!!! Great people!

They are friendly but the eyebrow waxing they seem to rush through it both times I have been there. The time to make sure it looks good and even is not apparent. Other than that they're very friendly.

yeah they’re nice, but their manicure service is poor. she didn’t clean around my nails & did not give me what iwanted. ishowed a picture of what iwanted and she did not deliver
