I hadn't been here in @ least 5 yrs & I wasn't disappointed. I was in & out in less than a hour. A nice lady named Joon changed the color on my nails. She was patient to show me several colors close to what I wanted until I decided on the one I liked the most.

Do not waste yo time going here the lady who does eyebrows is lazy everytime I go up there she has nobody there but tell you it's a long wait like 40min to 2 hrs DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Lashes fell off in 2 days, eyebrows looked good when she was done, the next day I could barely tell I had them done! The lady that did them told me not to wash my face so I didn’t but it made no difference, and my nails lasted 1 WEEK!!!! I paid $270 bucks for my daughter and I. I’m completely heartbroken and will never EVER be going back.

IVE BEEN HERE SINCE 1:42PM AND ITS NOW 3:45 AND MY NAILS HAVEN'T BEEN TOUCHED AT ALL!! SHE SAID 30MINS ANND ITS BEEN 3HRS WITH NO RESULTS!!! ONLY ONE STAR BECAUSE THEY WHERE OPEN THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS.... ILL NEVER EVER COME BACK AND IM BOUT TO LEAVE NOW!! WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!👎

The techs that work there, Johnny and Kelley, are the best, they had a shop in the Walmart on Winchester, and when it closed, I didn't know where they had gone, (the only nail shop I went to)one day I was in line at walmart on Winchester and they just so happened to get in the same line and we saw each other and we hugged each other and I asked them where were they and they told me Hollywood nails on summer and whitestation and that's where I started going, a lil pricey compared to what I was paying but they are the BEST and you don't mind paying for good service especially if it's done right

Doesn't sanitize equipment after each pedicure they only wash them off in the same water that they did your feet with. I would not recommend this place or ever return there. If you go you are playing your health at risk! Be careful!

I reviewed this place before, and my nails that I posted along with their review is on their website. They have been closed since last Thursday, I don't know why there is a note on the door, but I don't know what it says. I hope it's not a covid outbreak, because if it is they didn't let me know. Overall they do good work, you just have to wait a while, that's it.

The pedicure went so fast and without any care..she kept hurting me with those clippers or whatever u call it..4 DAYS LATER AND my big toe still hurts.. my feet are crusty on the bottom..tf? AND THIS $35 dip is already chipping..and was chipping since day one.. I will never ever go back to that run down hole in a wall!!
