First time scheduling an appointment with this salon because it was recommended by someone. I bought hair for my appt, which was non refundable. I then received a text stating my appointment needed to be rescheduled the night before. I was told I would receive my deposit back immediately and still haven't received anything. No response to my messages at all. I am visiting from out of town and am extremely disappointed. Will never schedule an appointment here again.

Finding a good braider is difficult these days but I LOVE Khrys and the Braid Team at Hollywood Suites. I am never there for more than 3 hours and my braids are ALWAYS perfect. Everyone there is very nice, personable and professional. They start on time and you will be out in a timely manner. If you are looking for a new place for the full package please book with them!

5 Star service every time I get my braids done. Khrys is amazing! I love that I can get my braids done in 3hrs and still have my entire day to do me! Also, the health of my natural hair is very important to me. I want to point out that I have never had any hair breakage and never lost any of my edges with my braid services. Khrys also does an amazing silk press and trim service that I’ll be scheduling soon. Book today girlfriend!

Hands down the most professional braid salon I have been to. The owner, Khrys, was very personable and her braiders were polite and friendly. They did amazing work on my daughter's knotless, waist-length, box braids. They were absolutely beautiful. The price was more than reasonable and it took just under 3 hours to complete! Two braiders to a head is genius! In addition the salon also offers a Weave Specialist, a Loctician, an Esthetician, a Colorist and Make-up Artist. Talk about one stop shopping for all things beauty! I've found my new "spot!" Thank you Khrys and Krew!

AMAZING!!!!!!! I love my hair every time it is done by the Monsta Beauty Team. I got for the first time knotless braids and I am in love. I was always a box braid type of girl but the way Khrys and her team did my hair I am so in love. They never disappoint me. They are clean and neat and I was able to put in a ponytails and bun first day. Thank you ladies for a great experience. Made me feel beautiful from start to finish. I will see yall in December!!

Came in today & got a wash & deep conditioning & box braids waist length. Very great prices & speeding braid service. The 3 hour braid bar is just that 3 hours or less! I will definitely be back! The ladies are very nice & the owner is always on site working as well.

I LOVED my service here! It was very personable and I felt very comfortable. I am very shy but the ladies braiding my hair made me feel comfortable and had me laughing the entire time. I loved my knotless braids and I was out in less than 3 hours. Book your hair appointments here ladies because they are amazing!

I love my knotless braids!!! I have a head full of hair, it was manage to get done in less than 3 and half hours. Super fast, they are neat not tight at all!!! Khrys and her crew are soooo nice. I’m definitely coming back and so are my children!

I paid Fatima (MUA) to perform a make-up service for an event, just to receive a text 1 hour prior to my appointment of cancellation with a refund. No effort was made to accommodate me, nor did I feel the delivery of communication was genuine, and I had to seek service elsewhere at the spare of the moment. The situation is beyond unprofessional; I'm disgusted and highly disappointed. Hollywood Salon & Suites, those whom your contract and collaborate with are a DIRECT representation of your brand and it behooves you to ensure that the staff are held to a high standard; accountability and responsibility for client dissatisfaction should be promptly addressed. I would like feedback regarding my grievance. Thank you.

The ladies at Hollywood Salon Suites go above and beyond to make the salon experience exceptional. Usually when I get my braids done, it takes a minimum of 5 hours, but the group of ladies were finished with me in 3 hrs and it is quality work. I highly recommended Hollywood Suites for all of your braiding needs. The stylists that I have used are Khrys and Lakesia! I will definitely be back.

The salon set up is so cute and girlie. The staff is extremely friendly and nice. I had the pleasure of the booking to the salon owner Khryss. She is very professional and courteous. I love my hair and will be back! Best braider in DFW!!

This is for MONSTA BEAUTY!! Horrible service..Horrible communication!!! I made an appointment to get my hair braided since I will be going out of town weeks in advanced. The appointment is scheduled for today at 10am. This lady had the audacity to text at 7 am stating she needs to reschedule. I told her I could not. Does she have anyone else that can handle the appointment no response. I asked for help in this urgent matter since my flight leaves at 4pm no response .. I asked for my money back (deposit) no response. Completely unprofessional and knowing she couldn’t do she should have had some handle her appointments for her. Totally disappointed.

This was the best braid experience ever.. They got me in and out so quickly and a job well done. The shop is so nice and inviting. They even gave me a Mimosa for Champagne Saturday!! My only regret is that I am just now finding them and I am about to leave Dallas. If you are looking for beautiful braids in a cool environment this is definitely the place to spend your money!!
