Such a great establishment. The staff is so friendly and informative! The PEMF therapy and the red light therapy have helped with my arthritis so much! So great to finally get relief from the constant pain. Recommend this!

One of the most beautiful wellness spas I have been to! So many amazing services offered here… Cryotherapy, infrared light, sauna, facials, and my personal favorite - the cold plunge. Attention to detail here is unmatched. Staff is all so knowledgeable and welcoming. I could spend hours here everyday! If you’re looking for the best wellness spa in Sacramento, this is it. Can’t recommend any more 🙌

What a gorgeous and relaxing place! Spacious with all state-of-the-art equipment. Parking lot in back for easy parking. I got an oxygen facial with Erika: she asked me about my skin type and prior treatments and chose the best fit for me. I left literally glowing, no redness or discomfort. I can't wait to come back and try the awesome float suite with shower!

Beautiful spa/wellness facility with a great vibe - chic and refined feeling. They have a good range of services, including forms of cryotherapy. I love using the infrared sauna, which is spacious, and the float room, which is so relaxing and a great way to just let the stress of the day … float away. Staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. A great place to relax and take care of yourself!

Great staff, great facility, great equipment. Only gripe is that the cold plunge was 37 degrees. This was a big disappointment, super painful , excruciating actually. My legs felt like they were having a migraine. I was hoping for at least three minutes to get more health benefit but this made it impossible. This might work for ultra advanced plungers, but for the average person, good luck!

Holself was an outstanding experience, they really made this feel like a vacation experience. I was able to do the float spa, cryochamber, and Normatec leg recovery system and they did not disappoint. The employees and ownership, were nothing but a delight to work with. I can't wait to come back in to use the other services.

Incredibly friendly staff! Rob did a great job walking us through all of the different amenities that were offered and provided great guest service. Beautiful interior and lighting that made for a relaxing ambience. Gorgeous interior design. The float tank was a really relaxing and cool experience with a nice range of settings from silent and pitch black which gave a sensory deprivation feel to soothing music with lights if that isn’t your thing. They had a really nice shower to rinse off with after you’re done and plenty of items to make your experience as comfortable as possible. First time doing cryotherapy as well which I was a bit nervous to try but was actually my favorite part. Got out feeling energized and it was like a whole-body shot of caffeine. Would definitely check this spot out if you’re looking for a luxurious medi spa in the sac area!

Love this high-end vibe!! Amazing experience all around. Currently pregnant and not super comfortable and feeling SO much better after a float session, CryoSkin facial and compression therapy!! Such a relief and so relaxing! Can’t wait to come back!

The customer service was great! I really loved the float service! The attendant was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The aesthetics and boutique style is really, really beautiful too! Highly recommended! I will be back, indeed!

The facility, ambiance, and amenities are top notch. They have a number of services, however my husband and I decided to utilize our visit for their Fire & Ice room (dry sauna and cold plunge). Since it was our first time visiting, we were allowed to book this service to get a glimpse of what it is like there without having a membership. I went online shortly after our first visit excited and fully satisfied with our initial experience to book a session again with intentions on scheduling the Fire & Ice room on a monthly basis for us. I misunderstood their business model and called to clarify some things and was told they are a membership based only business. That being said, I was a touch disappointed and if I could have given my review a 4.99 stars I would have! I wish they had more flexibility or options for patrons that aren’t interested in memberships. Ideally, we wanted to schedule this for ourselves once a month without having to commit to a membership seeing that none of their options fit our needs. The attendant I spoke to, Claire, mentioned they offer day passes (on their website I believe you can purchase it once a year for non-members) that would allow you to book 3 of their services for the day. She also advised that they will be offering different packages in the future once new services are introduced. It was also mentioned that they will have "non-member" events in the future. I look forward to seeing what they have to offer in the coming months. My husband and I would absolutely love to come back!

great spot with luxury spa feel. Emily helped me out with online orientation and set me up with the cryotherapy experience. Comforting to know that they are NOT using nitrogen cryotherapy. One of their employees helped me find a charging location for my Rivian nearby. Will be going back frequently!
