Best chair massage place in Columbus area, hands down. If you like a lot of pressure, this is the place. They give deep hard tissue chair massages if you like it. I have been coming here for 5 years now and never disappointed. Table massage and foot massage are great. They do charge extra for the credit card but it doesn't bother me. This is my go to place for chair massage.

Home Spa gives the absolute best deep tissue massages. It's conveniently located in Polaris mall. No appointment needed, often no wait or a very short one. It is awesome. We used to be regulars at another Home Spa, and recently moved. I was SO glad to find a location here. You simply show up, pick a length of time (around 20-90 min), and type: table massage (recommended) or foot soak/massage seated in a chair. At other massage places you have to make an appointment weeks in advance, often with limited availability, or not enough pressure - not here! Home Spa is conveniently open during mall hours, and they do a wonderful job. My shoulders and legs feel so much better, thank you! If you prefer a gentle massage just ask for less pressure (I like a lot of pressure). Not everyone speaks a lot of English but that is fine, and it's easy to communicate the basics... how long is the wait, 60 minutes table please, lots of pressure/hard (default) or soft/light/gentle, thank you. They are very skilled. Just fyi, tipping is standard practice at restaurants, hair salons, and massage places, so yes you should be tipping. You can also get a stamp card at checkout (marked each visit, and after a certain number of visits you get 10 min free). Highly recommended. We will be back.

I was skeptical going here after reading reviews. I needed a massage my body was tensed from work. I'm a flatbed driver. The gentleman did a fantastic job. 30 minutes felt like an hour. Great job home spa. Yes I tipped them. If you want a soft massage be sure to ask otherwise you're going to get that deep tissue massage.

I'm leaving a 1 star they deserve-10, very unprofessional, no english,they do not change linen after each customer, very dirty,I bet not 1 trained person there?,if you don't leave big tip they laugh and speak in native language, very rude,should be shut down,will not go back ,and will spread the word,no no,no ,very bad health dept. Should visit,charge for credit card use. Etc,can say enough bad things

Love that you get to decide on the time, great when you need a quickie or something more. You can get it in the chair or on the table. Always feel better after I've been twisted like gumby. They're very professional. And know all the right pressure points to get you walking upright again. I'm pretty sure they gave me back an inch of height last time I went in. Highly recommend, no appointment needed.

I was running errands at Polaris and figured I’d try this place for a brief massage. I made a stop at the restroom across from this place first, and I am so glad I did. A female employee from this massage place hurried across the hall to the restroom as well. As I was washing my hands, the same employee exited her toilet stall and hurried directly out of the restroom without washing her hands, and back to work she went. I was utterly disgusted. Needless to say, I did NOT stop in for a massage after witnessing this. I wouldn’t get a massage there if they paid me.

Absolutely horrible, the gentleman that was doing a half a$$ job with his massage literally was checking his phone while he was attempting to massage my shoulders. His phone literally rang seven times on a 15 minute chair massage. I will never go back. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I love the practice of reflexology. Recently moved to Columbus, and so far this is the only one I found. I have been here about 4 times. I like deep tissue on my feet and body. I am not sure if there is a language barrier or not but I keep asking for more intensity and they usually just frown at me. Nobody and I mean NOBODY SMILES. iF I find A new Reflexology place, I wont come back to this one.

Theres a 3% charge if you use card. The workers didn’t mention this and there’s no sign. The receipt doesn’t break down what you’re paying for sales tax etc., massage was ok. Did not like the service. If you don’t leave a bigger tip they talk in their native language right in front of you! Wow! I do not recommend! Go somewhere where they’re honest with what you’ll be charged.

Very poor customer service. No one greeted me, and when I approached the counter the man grunted at me and then walked from around the counter and left out to greet a friend. I reserve one star for truly terrible and maliciously bad experiences, however I would strongly recommend you find somewhere else.

Then man who gave me my foot message smelled like strong cigarettes. He only message the center of my foot after I asked him multiple times could he move to another section. He didn't. The service here it not the same. Language barrier is a Huge problem!

2/27/21...My daughter & I stopped by here for the first time while in town. They were busy but we both really wanted a 30 min table massage. I got mine first then the same woman did my daughter's massage after. My massage was ok but felt kind of rushed. This was my daughter's first massage & she found it so relaxing that she fell asleep. I'm guessing that because they were so busy, both of our massages were only 20 mins, instead of 30. Next time, I hope to get the length of massage I ask for & one that isn't so rushed. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

I visit this place frequently, sometimes I bring my son (16). You have many options to choose from depending on your budget and time schedule. Sometimes I’ll pop in on a lunch break and get a 12 minute chair massage but their table service is great too. Is it Penzone? Of course not, but it’s a great value, friendly people (so what if their English isn’t perfect) and you almost NEVER have to wait for service. Stop in and try it out - they are great.

My massage was ok, but I did not appreciate being scammed into paying for another massage. I went in as a walk in for a massage. My son sat outside while I'm getting the massage. After my massage was done, the guy points to the back where my 14 year old son was also getting a massage done. That point he already states that I am paying for two. I thought ok, my son must have wanted the massage. The guy also asked for cash, not credit card. There is a plus 3% surcharge for credit cards. (avoid clamming it for tax purposes, of course) As we walked away and into the mall I asked my son about the massage. He said he was sitting on the couch outside when the guy came and talked him into getting a massage. He didn't want the massage. Not cool, luring him in and being insisting when my son told him no several times. And then playing the whole me being obligated to pay for it so they can get more money out of me. This whole thing has just left a bad taste in my mouth in general for the Polaris mall. Pathetic tenants like Home Spa just cheapen this beautiful mall.

She didn’t listen when I tried to tell her my trouble spots and her English wasn’t very good. So she really couldn’t listen is she wanted too I guess . This was very unsatisfactory work and my back still hurts she definitely didn’t apply enough pressure
