Excellent, for what it is. If you need a walk-in, inexpensive massage- definitely check this place out. Theres very rarely a wait, great for when you need massaged NOW after a rough week or shopping expedition. They even offer to split a service between chair, table or feet. I don’t think that they offer private massage rooms, all I’ve ever seen are fully clothed in the large front room/entrance. I’ve never had a bad experience with any therapist there. Plus, it’s very clean. No odors or mystery stains. Reasonably well decorated with dim lights. They even have a little basket they bring to you for your purse and packages so that they’re not on the floor. They also give you a little water bottle upon completion of service. Con: you’ll hear Mall music seep in. But pro’s outweigh that for me.

Edit: came back today and had the best experience! The guy this time asked if I was ok and listened when I had a concern. I normally have a great experience here and come monthly. Today was awful. I asked for just my upper back and not my butt and below. The guy spent the majority of the time on my butt. I tried speaking up and he said he’d get to my upper back. He spent maybe 3 minutes on my upper back. Everything was so chaotic. Definitely do not recommend the younger guy. So disappointed

Home Spa in Ross Park Mall is the absolute BEST place for deep tissue massages. Husband and I have gone here for years. The owner is very nice. They are friendly and can use lots of pressure if you like (you can easily ask for harder or lighter - whatever you prefer, or simply relax and let the massage experts work). Fully clothed since it's in the mall - I recommend loose lightweight cotton clothing. Choose a table massage (recommended), quick chair massage, or comfortable recliner for foot/leg massage. No appointment necessary. Go to the mall, and if they're not full of clients you get a massage immediately. If it's a bit busy, ask how long. It's not a long wait at all. If there's a wait, simply write your name and cell # on the list and they tell you about how long it will be (often immediately for 1 person, and about 20-60 wait min for 2 people who want a massage at the same time on a weekend). Go shopping/to restroom/get a snack/chill in a mall massage chair, and they'll usually call you within a short time based on the next opening. It is wonderful and well worth it. They are professional here. They know what they do. One thing I very like the place so clean.this is my favorite place. I have been manny massage in Pittsburgh. Home spa is the best.

They never answr the phone only one person gave a good massage and I don’t want to go all the way into the mall to make an apt. They need a secretary. In addition they want cash and I don’t carry cash often. Plus I feel they are evading reporting income

I have been getting massages here for a while. Today I walked in for one and was waiting for a table. The gentleman that was before me was getting a massage with his shirt off on the table. No problem there. Until when he left I watch the worker clearly not change the sheets or even the disposal cloth they put on over the sheet. I called them out on this. I think they felt nothing was wrong, they did nothing. Different cultures have different standards of cleanliness. This is unsanitary and not safe. I’m choosing to not go here any longer. Not worth the risk. I encourage you to not go here as well.

Terrible experience with a 40 minute massage on the bed this time. The guy was awfully rough on my back even when I told him that massage is too hard. I am still hurting and it's been almost 5 days. He also stunk really bad and tend to stand really close which felt very uncomfortable. Super uncomfortable experience and I will not go back again. Last time I had a massage from the other guy and he stunk of cigarettes. I find them a little inappropriate as well the way that Massage. Definitely not going back again.

I have been coming over the past 2 years and seeing Richard. I have had massages for over 20 years and he is by far the best I have encountered. Not for the faint of heart, he will quickly find whatever issue you have and fix it. Did you ever get a massage and never actually got the issue you were dealing with addressed? Not here. He does not speak fluent English but that has never mattered. He can read your bodies problems and solve them with little words.
