First time getting a haircut with Helen. Best haircut I've had in a long time! Appreciated her taking the time to ask me beforehand exactly what I wanted and was very precise in her cutting. I cannot say enough nice things about Helen. My daughter wanted to cut her hair. She wanted it short, but feminine. My daughter went in with an anime photo of what she wanted, and Helen listened patiently a teenager, and treated her with so much respect, guiding my kid all the way through what she wanted, and my daughter was delighted with the result, as was I. Beautiful layering, and you can tell she is a master at her art, and completely responsive to her clients. Flash forward, I went to get my hair highlighted. I am older and have damaged hair, with limited options. Helen was completely thorough in assessing what I should and should not do, and what would be my best options. She left me with a beautiful look that actually made my hair feel healthier ! However, it was a little darker than I wished, so I called her to ask if there was something I could do to lighten it , and she immediately scheduled another appointment to just make it exactly what I want. Amazing! She is super busy, and as you can see from her reviews, she really didn't have to do this, and she just did because she cares about her clients and her work. This is what a a wonderful business should be about.

Super happy with my experience today! I came in when she was working on someone else and I didn't have an appointment, but Mona was super sweet and was able to fit me in. I didn't exactly know what I wanted, but I had a picture and Mona was really knowledgable and helped me get what I wanted. I had lots of split ends and still wanted to keep my length, and she paid great attention to detail and I'm really happy with the outcome. My haircut was $25 which wasn't too bad for the area!

Very cheap price and very good quality for the price. Super efficient and fast, my partner and I were both done in 30 minutes or so total (and we only paid 40$ plus tip for both cuts, done dry). That being said, the speed doesn’t cause a decrease in quality. The hairdresser was very professional, skilled and did exactly what we asked for! I won’t say it was the best haircut I’ve ever had, or the nicest salon, but I didn’t expect that (my ‘magician’ hairdresser across the coast is like 200$ plus tip for a wash/cut/blow dry). This was exactly what I wanted for a great price (fast, good results, acceptably clean) and I will be coming back! If you are looking for a reliable, fast, cheap and good quality hair cut (especially if you are a man or don’t need anything extremely complicated), come here! Note: cash only but there’s a bank nearby

Helen was awesome. My bad I arrived late but I was accommodated well. She even told me in detail what she was going to do with my hair after consulting me and explained how I should maintain it. Would definitely go back and would recommend this place.

I've been coming here for years for my bikini wax. She's quick and listens to what you want. And of course, the price can't be beat. Just be sure to call for an appointment - she fills up quickly with her salon services.

This place is a gem in Richmond district. Helen is a very good hair dresser, she will listen what you want with your hair and work with you. I always very happy with the hair cut from her. Love it. 🎉🎊🥳
