I never ever leave reviews, but I feel I had to. Worst massage ever. Not a comfortable spa setting at all. What they called a massage felt more like torture. I had to keep telling her it was hurting. She didn’t understand nothing I was saying. Then she switched out and it was a man that took over and he did even worse. Left feeling like I just got beat up. Couldn’t raise my arms or even put my arms behind my back. Had to go to my Ortho doctor to start therapy for a few weeks. Awful! The worst experience ever. Please don’t waste your money here. Had to give it one star so I could leave a review or else it would be no stars.

I went in as a walk in and they were able to accommodate me promptly. I was greeted by the sweetest lady who told me about the services they offered.I thoroughly enjoyed my 60 minutes with a therapist that gave attention to all my problem areas. He was wonderful! I am planning on returning next week. I was never once pressured concerning a gratuity, BUT left over 20% because he was deserving. It was by FAR the BEST massage I have ever had and can’t wait to go back! Thank you Hong massage for making me feel rejuvenated, see you soon!

I normally never write negative reviews but this one I just have to. I booked a massage came in the environment was okay. I asked for a medium to soft massage and at first it was going great until she began to massage me too hard and I kept saying ouch. My entire back of neck and upper back is bruised from the how hard the lady was digging her elbow into me. I left worst than when I came in. I can’t even lay on my back. I looked in the mirror when I made it home and that’s when I saw all the bruising. I won’t recommend paying so much for worsening symptoms all I wanted was some relief.

The lady didn’t use oil at all. She barley massages any of my body except my shoulders and back. She took a phone call in the middle of the massage. She sat down on the table while massaging me. Kept making sighs and noises Worst massage I ever received

This was exactly what I was looking for traditional Asian massage place. It was clean super affordable. My therapist was excellent and really working out the tightness and issues and I love that they actually walk and get on your back. That’s a major selling point for me really get in there, honestly the only downside was I kind of wish they just had music playing exclusively in each individual room there was a little noisy with other people talking and distractions outside since it’s just a curtain between the doorways, but I would totally return again. Should I come back and visit this way and I would recommend to support it locally for sure as a traveler.

Grace was awesome!! Hands down, best place I've been to so far. Targeted my problem areas. Worked extra to get the knots rubbed out. Rolled muscle to help sciatica pain. Very satisfied, nice group of people working. Very clean environment. Walk-ins and appointments excepted. Will definitely be back thank you all again
