Had my 1st massage today with Damian! What a wonderful masseuse! He is so experienced and knowledgeable! He knows where one needs the pressure and works on those points and when to be relaxing and relieving without even having to explain! That’s when you know it’s from a professional masseuse! The ambiance is welcoming and room temperature perfect! Don’t waste time paying for quantity when you can pay for quality and get your $ worth! Thank you!

Just had an amazing full service experience here! Melissa started me with a welcoming facial very thorough she took her time and my skin looks and feels great! The owner Damian was so kind and assured I was comfortable . And William ended my experience with a body changing massage got all my kinks out. I feel super refreshed now and would love to come back and see the same people.

Waxing services. Just had my first experience with Melissa. It was flawless. Melissa was professional, skilled more than most and totally relaxed me. I highly recommend Melissa. The wax she used was also different than my past experiences.

I had my first massage here tonight with Damian and it was fantastic! He was super knowledgeable about the body, a talented masseuse, and honestly just a lovely human! The price is great and service is superb!! Highly recommend Damian and this spa.

I have a monthly membership here and I LOVE IT! I go to Merissa and she is WONDERFUL! She is always sweet and gives great massages. Staff and owner are also very pleasant and accommodating.

Love this spa for my monthly massage. This place is cozy and welcoming. Damian is one of the best massage therapists! He is very knowledgeable and knows which areas to focus on to release tension. I always leave feeling better.

My first visit was via Groupon, I later became a member. The perks of being a member are great. Shay is my favorite therapist, she is calming, kind, professional and does great work. I highly recommend booking and becoming a member.

Amazing experience. I bought a voucher from Groupon for a 90 minute hot stone massage. I wanted to treat myself for my birthday. I had to call to make an appointment and I arrived with a warm welcome from the staff. I filled out a client form and was given cucumber lemon water. A few minutes later, I was taken back for my massage. Shay did my massage and she was amazing. Very attentive, polite, and informed me of any areas that needed extra attention. If I am in need of another massage, I will definitely come back here . Thanks!

I saw Madeline today and William back in March and had a positive experience on both occasions! I felt like Madeline really listened to my concerns and focused on parts of my back causing me the most pain. Everyone here is very pleasant and welcoming, the atmosphere is also relaxing! It’s a little hard to get ahold of someone on the phone, but I will definitely return.

I found Hot Hands Massage & Facial Spa through a daily deal site. It was one of the few spas offering a full spa day with massage, facial, scalp massage, and leg massage. I purchased a voucher as I needed a last-minute spa day in the city. Booking a reservation on their website was easy, and I found several openings for the next evening. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the hostess and the friendly owner, who is also a massage therapists. They were engaging and accommodating. Although the esthetician had left for the day, preventing me from redeeming the facial part of my voucher, they booked me for the next day, which was fine. My therapist arrived a few minutes late due to an issue, but I didn't mind the slight delay. The foot massage was pretty good, but the overall massage was comfortable and relaxing. Almost went to sleep. The therapist asked about my problem areas and the amount of pressure to apply. She was friendly and knowledgeable, explaining different techniques and the reasons behind my problem areas. The next day, I returned for the facial, my first ever, and it was fantastic. My face felt the best it ever has, and the esthetician, who examined my face under a microscope, was very friendly and personable. Overall, I highly recommend Hot Hands Massage & Facial Spa for a full spa day. It's conveniently located near Center City and major highways, with plenty of different services and availability.

Received a wonderful massage for my 30th birthday today from William. It was amazing! All of the staff that I interacted with were pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place to others if you are in need of some relaxation especially for your birthday.

I ended up finding hot hands by winning a gift card at another salon & I am so thrilled I did! Melissa is so great and thoughtful in approach - she takes the time to get to know your skin, regime, sensitivities, etc before recommending anything. Everyone here super friendly & pricing is so much better than just a few blocks up in center city - plus IMO- the quality of care & attention to detail at Hot Hands also surpasses those spas ! Cant recommend enough !!

I enjoyed their facial the first time I went. I’ve had good massages thus far. I prefer going here when finding a good deal. However they do charge you extra if you use multiple Groupons, but they did let me know ahead of time which I appreciated.

This place is amazing, I been coming to this place for few years Damian the owner is great always very cordial and respectful, I have a subscription and I love it, I always book all my appointments four months in advance to make sure I get the CITA she’s been doing my messages for a while and she’s amazing, I usually don’t give reviews but this one was over due, I wish I can get this massages more often. I personally think this is the best spa in south Philly you can’t beat their awesome services and prices.I have recommended it to some of my friends I they 🥰 it.
