I came here for a color correction but after the third time, it just wasn’t looking that much better and it was getting really dried out. It was supposed to be a lighter blonde blended in with my grays, but she was making it yellow/ orange because she rushed the process and applied heat. Now I know why you’re not supposed to apply heat to bleach and highlights. I won’t mention the stylists name but she kept saying trust the process! Initially, I was told 2 to 3 times for it to look right, but then she said four. Now I do realize it will take a few times when someone else does it incorrectly, but she was making it look different and not better. The price she was charging me was ridiculously high as I only had part of my hair highlighted in the first place. As I went through my hair with a mirror I noticed that she not going over much of it every time I came in. The back and underneath was never touched up. She was basically just doing the front around my face and the top. That’s pretty dishonest and I’m pretty disgusted with this place so that’s why I’m leaving this review, I would just stay away from this place. They don’t have a lot of great transformations on their page so don’t expect one when you go in.

Absolutely amazing! Amber is awesome -- so friendly, and really listens to what you want. She goes above and beyond, and my hair looks amazing! The front desk was so kind on the phone, and even kinder in person! They offered me a drink immediately (the sangria is amazing!). The ambience in the salon is great. It was super pleasant to be there.

Hotbox has stylists to meet everyone's needs. I have seen Cassidy twice now for cuts and highlights, and she is a true master of her craft. My curls are often more difficult to style as I have different ones with different degrees of curl. Cassidy's color and cut along with amazing tips for home styling have made a huge difference in the quality of my curls. The vibe is warm, casual, encouraging, and welcoming. I would recommend Hotbox to anyone interested in looking and feeling their best!

This salon made it super easy to make an appointment, and they got back to me very fast! Amber did my hair and she did an amazing job!! She listened to exactly what I wanted and did above and beyond :) Very happy!

The salon is SO cute. Amber, my stylists, was very thorough going over what I was looking for before we started and she was easy to talk to the whole time. Very very sweet and kind woman, would totally recommend her and this salon!!! I got a cut and highlights

Been coming to this salon for years off and on. All of the stylist I have had have been good, but Roo and Amber are my favorite. Definitely recommend them.

So I went for a consultation-really wanted fun, color, & a change! Started with one individual but they decided I should go to Amber! (Teamwork) She really talked through what I wanted done. I gave her a few parameters and other than that I said have fun! My hair turned out even better than anticipated! Everyone at the salon was friendly and Amber was exceptional. Can't wait to see her again for my follow up! 💜🩷🦩✨ A before & after shot so you can see the magic she worked on my noggin! ☺️

The experience I had was 5 star. Very professional, the gal that cut my hair was fantastic. Put me at ease very quickly, and had my hair cut done very quickly right to the t of my instructions of how I wanted it cut. I have been there before, and I have been to other salons. This one will now be my go to first.

Best salon I been and Cassidi is the best artist, in every visit she makes me look like a movie star :). They have great location, good atmosphere and always ready at your appointment time. The host is so nice and offers you tea, coffee, water, sangria... I highly recommend this salon, I started visiting more than 2 years ago, and I have never seen any customers disappointed.

I called a ton of different salons in Vegas to try to find someone who specialized in thin hair and breakage. Every salon I called was dismissive or didn't feel safe enough to trust until I called HotBox. They understood exactly what I was looking for and set me up with Amber. The appointment was amazing; I could tell Amber cared and listened to the specifics. She had some great recommendations and I left the appointment excited to come back. If you're looking for a salon or a stylist that genuinely cares about helping you reach your goals, this is my strongest recommendation.

I really liked amber! I’m not very talkative (at first) which i think she understood 😭 so it was nice and easy. I just got a cut for now but i will probably go back for other services as well.

Love this salon because it’s got a super chill vibe and because it has the best stylist in Vegas working here. Cassidi is amaze ballz and has done magic on my hair every time. She takes her time and really listens to what I want and makes it happen, she’s down to earth and just an all around awesome human. Thanks lady!!

I am disappointed with this Salon. Never been to it, and I’ve read and heard so many good things about it, and that is why I wanted to go to Hotbox. I emailed to get booked in for a consultation on extensions and at first I received a reply back right away from them saying that It information contact was going to be given to one of the hairstylist that does “Hairtalk” extensions, to book me in, I waited and waited about a week and never got a call, message or text. Than. I email them back again and was told by the reception that she would remind the hairstylist again, I believe the hair stylist name is Jessica, anyways, either way never heard from anybody ever. Thanks for waste of time. I was really looking forward to being a client but now, not so much.
