Amazing Hotel! We loved it. We are Hilton Diamond members and was in town for a meeting at Valley Ho. Where actually had a room down the road at a Hilton but wife wanted to switch to Valley Ho after she saw it. Super glad we did. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We had a lovely time at the Valley Ho Zu Zu restaurant and their pool. We had a minor snafu when we arrived for our 12 noon reservation for 6 on the patio, but the Manager, Webster Shelton was kind enough to give us all a glass of bubbly. We had a great meal and then got a day pass at the pool thru Resort Pass. I have to say that the service we received was amazing! They even gave me a birthday card with signatures from the staff (so thoughtful) Looking forward to our next visit!

The 4.6 is about right. Old but modern hotel in great location with pretty good service. Main complaint is that there aren't many ice machines or garbages and the rooms don't come standard with a mini fridge or microwave. You can ask for a fridge but not sure about microwave. They have a mini fridge filled with overpriced drinks but it is only a chiller and we almost learned the hard way after thinking it was keeping our food cold. Just seems greedy and cheap for a $400+/night experience.

We loved everything about this hotel from the location, to the ambience, to the food at the restaurant, to the service from the staff. Manny took Care of us during a business conference Ensuring we had everything we needed, I cannot say enough wonderful things about the service he provided. We loved being able to walk to downtown Scottsdale and also visit the stores and restaurants. we can’t wait to visit again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! We stayed for one night, but it was still amazing. Check-in was early and super fast. We did street parking at no extra charge. The room was clean and it was in a great location, very walkable. We would stay here again.

A beautiful, unique property. Rooms are spacious, well appointed, loved the balcony! The grounds are beautifully maintained. Although we did not use the pools or hot tubs they looked clean. The on-site restaurant is excellent. The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the old town.

All around this hotel has a great vibe. Lots of little details are taken care of and the staff takes care of any issues quickly. Our staff retreat was a huge success thanks to the property and its team. I really liked walking right off the elevator in the early AM and there was a coffee station right there!

Amazing mid century property. Immaculate grounds, clean spacious rooms. Comfy beds and huge balcony. Friendly, helpful staff. Amazing communication throughout stay and prior to check in. Close to all the fun stuff in Old Town. If I could give more stars, I would.

I rarely really enjoy a hotel but Valley Ho is an exception. I loved everything about this place. It has a really cool mid-century modern vibe which has been preserved in the original 1956 portion of the hotel - the outside architecture and rooms AND in the newer lobby/restaurant in the newer tower building. The grounds are maintained beautifully and the 2 pools looked nice although it was too cold for me in December to use. There IS self-parking available as an option (contrary to what a previous review said). It is same price as valet but we prefer to self park and the lot was gated and very near our room; so convenient. We had dinner at Zuzu restaurant in the lobby on Christmas Eve and the food and service was excellent. I appreciated the friendly service and tasteful holiday decorations. We enjoyed our short stay.

This hotel was an absolute dream. Stayed for a work conference and used a conference room, the gym and the spa. So much thought into all the little details and workers constantly cleaning/fixing and checking in with guests. My massage at the spa was wonderful. The onsite restaurant food was so good as well, had the breakfast two days and a burger two days.

This is my third day at this beautiful hotel. Conveniently located next to old town, Scottsdale, and within walking distance to the shops and dining options. They have a beautiful spa on site, and a pool with cabanas. The on site restaurant Zuzu’s, is lively and the menu is extensive. Room service is also very nice, with lots of options and they serve late night meals. They have a bar that is very fun, and busy during the evenings. You can also order to go items in the morning from the bar if you wish to have coffee to go or a pastry. ||There is also a shop that sells sundries, wine, and souvenirs. Very interesting items, and a nice thing to have if you wanna grab a soft drink or a bottle of wine.||There is no resort fee, which is very nice, and they offer plenty of complimentary bottled water during your stay. I stayed on a ground level room with a patio, immaculate and beautiful! Lots of countertop space, and very good lighting. The bed is very comfortable, and the linens and towels are white and very high-quality. Their toiletries are fragrant and luxurious.||Upon arrival, you’re greeted warmly by the Valet staff and they are efficient and prompt with your vehicle whenever you need it. They are also very helpful with baggage service to your guest room. Everyone that I encountered is friendly and happy to help. While my stay was for business, it is definitely good for solo travel, couples, and getaways. It is very safe, and they have constant security throughout the property. I will definitely return, and I would give this hotel a 10 out of 10.

This place was built in 1950s or 1960s and they only redid the interior, looks like a motel 6 from the outside. Room and hallways have a weird odor. It is an insult to 4 stars to call this a 4 star, 3.5 at best. I booked 4 nights and upon check in immediately booked another hotel, they refused to refund my stay. Why should I pay if I’m not staying - beware.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Valley Ho. The rooms are very spacious and provide a great view! Get a room in the tower over looking the pool! Great sunrise view with some coffee! Zuzu restaurant was excellent! Great food and again wonderful view and great patio seating!

Welcoming team by all. Rooms are very clean and big. Bedding is amazing. Nice retro decor. Time capsule. Shower needed maintenance but still very clean Pools are a bit sad and no grounds to stroll on but it is a hotel not a resort. No outside fire pit to sit at unless you pay $99. Cant beat the price for quality and location. If you want to be in old town, this is the place. On site Zuzu is a must for drinks and food.

Wonderful staff, beautiful well maintained facility, and excellent restaurant! Everyone was so kind and friendly to us (including our soon-to-be 2 year old). Already looking forward to planning our next visit! The restaurant was extremely delicious, with great service. We also enjoyed the live music on Friday and Saturday nights. So much walkable from the location to nearby old town Scottsdale.
