We had our December 2024 wedding at Hotel ZaZa in their tented space and absolutely loved it! It was the perfect setting for our 75 person wedding. We worked with Samara who was fabulous! She is attentive to details, engaged, quick to respond, and very helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process. It was so nice to work with someone who I could fully trust! Our reception’s food that ZaZa catered was out of this world! We did the buffet dinner that included the chicken, salmon, and braised short rib with various sides. All of the items melted in your mouth and were packed with flavor. We received so many compliments! The entire ZaZa Staff all went above and beyond with our guests. From the greeters at the front door, to the front desk, as well as the bellman crew. Special shoutout to Danny (bellman/ZaZa mobile driver) - he is a rockstar! We received so many compliments about our wedding, the venue, and reception and have the ZaZa team to thank! 🙂 ZaZa was absolutely amazing to work with and we were thrilled with the turnout. I highly recommend Hotel ZaZa, and specifically Samara, for your wedding or special event.

Our stay at Hotel ZaZa was absolutely incredible! We stayed in the Opium Room, and the attention to detail was beyond amazing—every corner felt luxurious and unique. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience seamless, from steaming our clothes for an evening party to untangling my diamond necklaces with care and patience. Their service truly made us feel pampered. The food was delicious and perfectly complemented the overall experience I highly recommend the breakfast tacos too.

Amazing experience in a unique and beautiful setting! We ate at the restaurant several times and got room service and every meal was top notch. The staff went out of their way to tailor our stay to perfection. There were also plenty of perks - free coffee with oat milk, freshly baked cookies, wine and snacks. The spa was among the best I have visited with high quality products and personalized treatments. It rained the weekend we visited so we spent a lot of time in the hotel and loved every minute - truly a gem!

Excellent spot for dallas. We come here every-time we are in town. The pool is nice in the summer. Dragonfly is a nice in house resto option but the location and the option for a bungalow are the best parts. Valet and front of house guys are awesome

Great experience here and we are now looking for upcoming downtown Dallas events to have an excuse to book again. I have been skeptical in the past about "theme" hotel rooms but I have to say Zaza has done an amazing job here. The space, furnishings, and decor in the West Indies room were fantastic. Had a great late night meal at the restaurant and overall the hotel service was top notch. Zaza has truly found the right formula for the elevated hotel experience.

Hotel ZaZa is the perfect location for your next Dallas trip! Staff is amazing, service is second to none and the Texas Suite we booked did not disappoint. They offer a complimentary car service for the local area (2 or 3 miles I believe) and it was so convenient to not have to use Ubers just to check out The Rattlesnake bar or Las Palmas…highly recommend both by the way. Huge thanks to Alex for the hospitality. We’re already booking a return trip during the summer months to check out their pool.||Best atmosphere to ring in a New Year at their onsite gala!

The only place I would stay in Dallas. Twice a year for ten years. The staff is the same since day one. All amazing from check in to Dragonfly to check out. Seamless and all smiles. Thank you to Lee, night manager (best ever), for always making our stay 5 stars!! We are looking forward to July. 💪🏻😎

We've stayed there a number of times for the NYE party. Normally, we check in on either the 30th or 31st and have a great time. This last time, however, the hotel charged us extra ($150pp) to attend the party on the first floor. Other than the toast at midnight, nothing was included. It just seems like an ugly money grab from customers already paying holiday prices to stay there.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel ZaZa Dallas while visiting my daughter. We absolutely loved staying at this wonderful hotel! The attention to detail as far as customer service stood out to me the most during our stay. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We checked in during the complimentary cocktail hour so we were greeted by offering of champagne/wine and some small bites. Our room was lovely--both very clean and spacious with a wonderful balcony overlooking Dallas. I felt like I was at home because of all the amenities provided. I especially liked having a lighted make up mirror in the bathroom and very plush robes provided for our stay. In the morning, it was so nice to walk down the hall where coffee/fruit was provided for me as well as tea for my husband. We did valet our car which was very efficient. When we requested our car, the attendants even gave us water bottles to have in the car--which was much needed in Texas even in November! In the evenings the hotel driver, Christian, was available to take us to nearby places. Christian was so friendly and accommodating for with all of our requests. On Sunday morning, when we were going to church, the hotel without question allowed us a late checkout so we did not have to clear the room before church and brunch afterwards. I truly was so appreciative of the level of customer service and the caring attitude of all the staff. I also love the fun vibe of the hotel- with all of the furnishings and art and even little jars of candy around. I would definitely recommend anyone giving this very unique and special hotel a try!

Stayed in Hotel Za Za for one evening. I left my pajama top in the room and asked them to send it to Houston. I was told it would be $20 . It never arrived so I called and they had left our apartment # off. So they resent it. Didn't receive it for 2 weeks. One month later I received a charge for $87.32 on my CC for Fed Ex shipping. Needless to say we will not be staying with them again. Should have let them just keep the top!

Hotel ZaZa is the absolute best! From the staff to the fluffiest pillows I have ever felt. We will never stay anywhere else when in Dallas! I recommend staying here to all my friends. It’s in an excellent location and the wonderful staff will take you anywhere you want to go.

I had a wonderful time at Hotel ZaZa. It was a perfect mix of elegance, class, and fun. The staff made my trip memorable and smooth. I loved the restaurant dragonfly, not only was the food amazing but the management seemed to take a lot of pride and intention with the liqour and wine inventory it really blew me away. The weekend we were there we had multiple liqour brands offering free samples or events at the hotel, it made our time at ZaZa so fun and yet luxurious. We will definitely be staying at ZaZa again next time we are in Dallas.

This was our first time staying at the hotel Zara and we absolutely LOVED it! The customer service exceeded our expectations. Our room was very clean and I loved the bedding and it was wonderful to have the balcony to go out and get some fresh air! The coffee bar on each floor is such a wonderful amenity. The hotel bar and lounge was great for after dinner drinks and they make a wonderful margarita! We are looking forward to coming back and staying at the Zaza soon. The valets out front were very friendly and helpful and always willing to lend a hand and assist us with anything we needed.

We collaborated with Courtney McCord to host a retreat at this venue, and it was fantastic! While the location itself was incredible, it was Courtney who truly made a difference by going the extra mile to ensure our event's success. Upon my arrival, all our packages were already in the room, and Courtney had taken care of every detail. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Everyone enjoyed the venue, and the event was a great success. We highly recommend this venue, and we’re extremely grateful to Courtney for her exceptional work!
