Monica is amazing! I had been looking to go short for quite sometime, but didn’t know where to go as I hadn’t been to a salon in years. After some searching, I saw great reviews about Hottie Hair Salon. My husband gave me the push I needed to stop by the salon to ask a few questions. I haven’t had the best of luck with getting my hair cut in the past as my hair has some curls and waves too. I can’t thank my husband enough for that push because Monica is phenomenal! She heard exactly what I wanted and took my natural hair into consideration when cutting/styling and my hair came out better than I could have ever imagined! I wanted some kind of color in my hair, but wasn’t sure what I wanted. She worked with me to find exactly what I wanted which ended up being highlights all over. She found the perfect shade that compliments my natural color and skin tone. I can’t express enough how comfortable she made me feel and just how much care and detail she put into my appointments. I am so happy with the results and will be going back to see Monica for all my appointments moving forward! Monica and the team have definitely gained a loyal customer!

Monica was so wonderful! She made me feel so seen and heard as compared to my last hair appointment at a different salon when I asked for cool toned slightly lighter hair and the first picture is what she gave me, lol. It was orange. But Monica gave me exactly what I wanted and actually exceeded my expectations! She styled my hair without my asking, and gave it such beautiful dimension even though I only purchased a base color. I can’t recommend her enough, you guys! She’s magic! ✨

Worst experience ever!!! I was a first time hair extension client and went for a free consultation. I was advised to do 3 rows of 22inch extensions to match my current hair color. I wanted to do 16inch but the color "was only available" in 22inch. Clearly a money game. After installing the 3 rows of 22inch human hair for $1300 my head hurt for 2 weeks. I went back to tell the stylist about it and she said that was totally normal. When I went back for my 8 week move up, I had the floor covered with hair that had fallen out from the extensions. The artist told me again that it was totally normal for 8 weeks of shedded. I noticed that more than half of my natural hair had fallen out. She wanted to reinstall the 3 rows that were clearly way too heavy for my hair and the beats way to close to my scalp. I declined the reinstalled with tears in my eyes. My scalp is still dramatized and I am still loosing hair weeks after taking the extensions out. I talked to management and they tried to blame "changes in my life or stress" for the hair loss. No reimbursement offer or anything. $1300 for loosing half of my hair in 8 weeks.

I came to the salon wanting to go natural, I showed Les a picture and she walked me through what would be a better option and then took the time to show hair samples and we talked it over. She was so informative and helpful throughout the entire process, and she absolutely nailed it! I will be going back, the customer service was superior, and my hair looks amazing, I had no idea what I was explaining and she understood it perfectly with my natural color. Most places do not take their time, but I noticed every stylist there took their time with customers and customers were offered water every so often. Again, the customer service was unmatched. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you are debating, just go, you will not be disappointed.

I had braids in white fine blonde hair for over 6 weeks. My hair was thin And pony tail la then the size of pencil. I was devastated. I hate short hair and I have nothing left. What did I do. I was nervous ice never done extentions and I'm from Wisconsin here training my dog to be service dog. In tears I couldn't talk but luckily I could text. Someone texted me right back. Back and forth with a few questions and next thing i know I was there as soon as I could be. Feeling scared nervous and anxious about spending this much on myself. Decided being happy with my looks for the 3 months. It will be worth it. Cause right now I don't wanna leave house. Well I'm excited. They made me feel at home. Encouraging and they were excellent at their job. I felt like princess having two people working diligent to make me feel like a woman. Knowing that it was going to take a few months for my hair to grow back I got extentions that lay 3 months. But they have all the hair there. Temporary to 3 months or 12 months extentions. I had my hair colored first to match the color of extentions I wanted. You could stick with your natural color to save money if you want. They also have me my unused hair for next time. That what I don't have to buy as much for next extentions. Highly recommend. !!!! Feeling beautiful is sometimes priceless. But remember there's always a way to make it affordable. It depends on how much you want it.

All credit to Monica — best haircut I’ve had. Genuinely. I trusted her to cut it short; and she actively listened/ delivered — to the point where I only want to book hair appointments with her, going forward. She’s excellent at her craft. Also, it was a pleasure to work with her. I felt very at ease, in her company. The haircut looks great, feels great. Highly recommend booking an appointment with her.

I needed to find a new stylist to do my blonde hair, so I decided to go with this salon. My previous stylist I was loyal to for over 7 years ago just decided to not do hair anymore and didn't recommend me anyone new to go to, it was an awkward situation with no response from her. Here at this salon, I was scheduled to see Dafne to do my hair. I am beyond impressed with how my hair turned out and I am very happy with it. So happy I think she did much better than the stylist I was so use to going to for a long time. Thank you very much Dafne, you are a doll and I can't wait to come back to you to do my hair from now on! 🙏☺️ The photo I uploaded is not at the best lighting, but earlier today when the sun was out it was beautiful and bright just how I like it. I blurred my face out so y'all can focus more on the hair color.

I went in for a trim, it was 50 dollars and I had split ends the next day. Not sure if the hairdressers scissors were dull or not but that has never happened to me. The hair dresser had limited knowledge on hair types or hair care when I addressed my concerns. My hair literally looked the same after she cut it so I felt no better when I left. I asked for product recommendations and she didn’t have anything helpful. I was there probably less than 20 minutes…I’ve gotten better trims and haircuts at great clips and Walmart for half the price.

Lesley, at Hottie Hair Salon, was wonderful with my first salon visit since before COVID. I was nervous, but she was a true professional, informative and very patient with me! I was told by other stylists that my hair color could not be matched and wanted me to color my hair. Lesley’s pick for me was a perfect match. I love my new hair! Shannon was very direct, knowledgeable and professional about hair extensions and pricing. I described exactly what I wanted. I wanted a chocolate brown hair dye with gold highlights and matching extensions and boy did she deliver. 10 out of 10 expert customer care. Found my forever hair salon.
