Gigi doesn't seen to care about customers. we had the first follow-up appointment to touch up as customarily made on the first visit. she was no show, does not respond to emails or text. we drove 50 minutes eachway. I've asked for compensation. no return call

Had a volume set done by Tiffany and it turned out amazing! She was so pleasant and did a fantastic job on my lashes. Very cute studio and comfortable beds!

Horrible place, save your money, and go somewhere where they actually care. I had my 1st touch up visit for my eyebrows, and Gigi was a no show. My appointment was at 4pm and I arrived at 3:40. The doors were locked, and no one answered the phone. We left messages, still no response. I waited until 4:10 before leaving. Gigi still didn't text nor call me that day or the next day. Gigi charges $100 for a no show, and now we are asking for it back still no response.

House of Beauty is the 1st place I've gone to get lashes done! Keila does my lashes, she is great in every way, my 1st time she told me everything she was doing so I was prepared! It's a very clean salon and I recommend everyone 2 go here! Thanks Keila! 💞

I spent over $200 for a set to go on vacation and all of my lashes fell out within 3 days. It was embarrassing bc my friends all get lashes done and they had no issues. I don’t think my girl who went to Aurora beauty lost a single lash the entire trip. I’m sure they’ll comment back and say I did something wrong, or my eyes were watering a bunch but my girl who also got her lashes done here the same day lost an entire eye of lashes around the 4th day and didn’t water at all 🥹 I’m just disappointed. Total waste of $$. We did reach out about this issue and were left on read.

I wanted to treat myself to my birthday coming up and I love the way my lashes came out! Thank you Gigi for making me feel super comfortable the entire time. Immediately after getting my lashes done my eyes were not even red or irritated, and in the past at other salons that used to always happen. Definitely will be back for more fills in the future, plus the vibes of the studio was so so cute!

This is the third place I’ve tried in Tampa to get my lashes done and I love it. My very first appointment I knew they were different from all the other salons I’ve gone. Keila is my lash artist and makes sure the style, length, and fullness is exactly what I want. I could go 3 weeks before getting a fill but I go every 2 because of how amazing they look. I’m going through a shedding phase right now and she made sure to educate me on how to make take even better care of my lashes so they can last longer. I’m a makeup artist and I even refer my brides here because I know I can trust the quality and the customer service they will get here. I’m considering getting my brows done and if I do, I will definitely be booking here too. If you’re looking for lash extensions or permanent makeup, this is the place to go!

I absolutely love my lashes. I was a bit nervous about what to expect but Angie more than exceeded my expectations. She asked me first what i envisioned for my end result and could tell I wasn't sure so she gave me her professional recommendations of what would look best for my face and I decided to trust her judgment. The atmosphere and ambiance was very clean, professional and pristine. I was able to relax throughout my entire service. I had absolutely zero irritation to my eyes when we were done and i was shocked because my eyes were nearly blood shot and burned the first time i got my lashes done years ago (different service provider). I will most definitely be back!

I booked an appointment with J for my brows. He was very informative, answered all my questions, and was gentle. I am very scared of change but I feel amazing. House of beauty was very clean, welcoming, and everyone greeted me as I walked in. I definitely will be back and I do highly recommend house of beauty. I keep getting compliments on my eyebrows. I am so happy with them and can’t stop looking in the mirror. J did a fantastic job.

I would not recommend. First, during a pandemic the staff not were wearing mask while they were performing eyelash extensions on clients. Secondly, the owner does not know how to effectively communicate. I was sent a text message two days before to remind me of my appointment. An hour before my appointment, I was contacted to reschedule. After I arrived I was told the tech was 30 min late.

Very friendly service my lashes could've lasted 4 weeks that’s how good they are! Angie’s work is phenomenal fast and comes out better than you expected EVERY-TIME! definitely my go to girl! :)
