I was very nervous about starting this process. However, Najla answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable in the process. During our consultation she explained all things I needed to do leading up to the microblading and what to expect, this continued during the procedure and after. I’m loving my results so far.

Najla was amazing! This was my first Brazilian ever. I was super nervous but they were great at making me feel at ease and worked with whatever ways were most comfortable for me. They explained everything they were doing and were quick and efficient. Was a good experience over all and will continue to go to them for my waxing needs. Definitely recommend!

I cannot say enough about how talented Najla is. I have been getting my brows microbladed by her, and only her, for years. She is an absolute artist. I respect the way she runs her business and she keeps everything sterile yet inviting. As a nurse I truly appreciate that. I am not one to wear make up, the only product I use is mascaras So having my brows done everyday with no effor has made a huge impact on my confidence. If you follow the care instructions and take care of your brows they will really last. I have been lucky and the color stays a long time in mine so I do not need touch ups often. If you have been on the fence about getting your brows done, make the appointment, you WILL NOT REGRET IT!

Najla is amazing! Let me first by saying her salon is very clean and stylish. I came in for a microshading appointment and Najla talked with me through each step, before, during, and after. She did such an amazing job on my brows, she really brought them to life and gave me the confidence boost I’ve been needing! I got to talking about a mole next to my nose and she told me she could take it off no problem. Both services didn’t hurt at all, she did an amazing job at keeping the areas numb. I will definitely be using her for all my esthetic appointments!

It was a relaxing session and I felt really comfortable asking questions about my skin issues and asking about what she would recommend and what she has had experience with. Najla is amazing! She has been doing my brows for a couple years and I always get compliments! They even lasted through my pregnancy! She also makes you feel so comfortable and feels like a friend to me now! I was scared to get waxed but she made it enjoyable and the hard wax she uses is hardly painful at all. I got my eyebrows microbladed back in Jan 2020 here. My eyebrows were noticeably uneven after my first session and probably would have been still if I hadn’t pointed it out on my second session. There were no measurements taken like I’ve seen other artists do and which would have remedied that problem. My biggest complaint though was the business policies. At the time, it stated in the contract that you only needed a 24 hour notice to cancel. I made an appointment which I had to make two months out because of the availability. 5 or so days before my appointment I found out I needed to reschedule and there was no way around it. I was unaware that at the same time of booking the website stated you forfeit your deposit if you cancel within 7 days. What I signed when booking did not state that, only a 24 hour notice was needed. I messaged the owner to ask about rescheduling and she said she did not have that in the signed agreement about the policy, it was only online/social media accounts. She said her lawyers were working on adding it to the contact. Regardless of the signed contract not stating the policy she was standing by that so my options were she would refund my deposit and I would NOT be able to reschedule with her again OR I could pay another deposit ($100) towards another day which would be another 2 months or more out. To me, that was a very poor way to handle the situation and her contract not being up to date. From a legal standpoint that wouldn’t have held up because that’s not what was signed/agreed upon anyways. Very disappointing for a service that is expensive and took so long to get in for. So long story short, I had to wait 4+months and pay an extra $100 (on top of a couple hundred dollars already) for crooked eyebrows. Never again.

You literally cannot get better brows anywhere else in the Midwest. There’s a reason her books stay so full! (But she does offer fast passes 😊) so professional, diligent, sweet, and so hardworking. Getting any service done by her does not feel like a transaction. It’s more personal than that. She has a real talent for making you feel at ease!
