This was an awesome experience. I developed a huge scar at the back of my head that just kept on growing. Dr Filiberto gave me some injections for about 3 months and then we decided to surgically remove the scar. The process was so seamless and pain free and left me with a scar free head, boosting my self confidence. Thank you to all of you at the clinic. I will definitely recommend 👌

Rip Off! I am a self pay patient and I was told I would have to come to TWO visits just to have skin tags removed. So they wanted me to pay TWO office visit fees plus the fees for removal. Greedy doctors like there are here are the reason why I HATE doctors!

We really like Dr Filiberto as he has had a positive for a variety of solutions for our family. My current need may require surgery so it’s a tough personal decision. However, when the business policy requires making a deposit for “same time” appointments, this is something I cannot continue with the staff and business policy. Providing information like this via phone is a violation of my sensitive information. This with the apathetic response from the staff member, I will start looking for another business whom provides dermatology. As mentioned, Dr Filiberto is a great doctor; the business side of things is concerning. Trust works both ways.

Dr Cedeno is awesome. He is very thorough. He explains the causes, the process, and post-op expectations. He is friendly and easy to talk to. His professional manner and gentle approach made the process pain-free. I highly recommend Dr Cedeno for any skin issues.

I’ve been going to Dr. Cedeno Laurent for a few years now. He has helped me with my hyperpigmentation and the treatment and results are amazing. With the medication and dedication on following my treatment plan I’ve been able to get the hyperpigmentation under control practically gone. It still feels so amazing to wake-up to a clear face. My skin feels and looks so good. I still get compliments on how good my skin looks. The best part is I don’t have to wear full coverage make-up or no make-up at all. I’m loving it! Dr. Cedeno only recommends what you need. He listens to your concerns and has great side manners. He also only recommends what he feels you need as the patient and not try to sell you different products or procedures you don’t really need. And, he starts you with the lowest non-evasive treatment first. Thank you Dr. Cedeno! I will recommend Dr. Cedeno to family and Friends. I’m truly impressed and happy with my results.

Five years ago this month, I chose Dr. Cedeno Laurent and this office based largely on his credentials and also the many positive reviews. I found the Dr. and office staff to be friendly and professional. However, outcomes are what matter and my outcome was poor. I had a small spot of basal cell carcinoma on my cheek. Dr. Laurent described the surgical procedure needed and made it seem relatively minor/routine. When I expressed concern about cosmetic impact, he stated that I should expect "a very thin and hardly noticeable 1-1.5 inch scar". I also remember “You will know the scar is there, but hopefully others won't". There was no discussion concerning the potential negative cosmetic outcomes which ultimately occurred. Immediately upon removal of the surgical bandage, it seemed something was wrong in how the skin areas near the wound looked. The only explanation given, to address my concerns, was that it could take up to a year for the area to fully heal. Roughly one year after the surgery, and after a few more visits to Dr. Laurent, he referred me to his plastic surgeon partner. After several evaluation visits, the plastic surgeon concluded there was no way to surgically improve the scar area without a high risk of making the area even worse. I am left with a very noticeable, roughly 2 inch facial scar area - a raised keloid scar with very unusual/uneven areas of skin at both ends. I am left with no real understanding of why this outcome occurred. I am left with no solution to improve it. I am reminded everyday (looking in the mirror) of the poor choice I made to put my trust in Dr. Cebeno Laurent.

I can't recommend Dr. Gonzales highly enough! I've had three procedures done with her, and the results have been fantastic. She dedicates ample time to each patient, ensuring that all questions are answered thoroughly. Dr. Gonzales makes sure you fully understand everything, even going over details multiple times if needed. Her commitment extends beyond office hours; she genuinely cares about her patients and is always available. I often wish she were my primary care physician so I could see her more frequently! If you’re looking for a doctor who is honest, transparent, and truly invested in your care before, during, and after your procedures, Dr. Gonzales is the one to see.
