Worst nail experience of my life it took this lady over an hour and a half to do a fill NONE of my nails match. Every single one of them are different for $65 couldn’t even draw a heart on my finger correctly. Do not recommend this place at all!!

So i hate to leave a bad review, cause the people are great. But i took advice and got the gel nail. Not even 24 hrs, i had a nail fall off. Just completely fall off! Well i got it fixed at the salon.. ok thought it was over and content. Tonight, i had a nail fall off but on a different finger. And my fingers are so so itchy! I cant handle the gel light again to get it fixed again. For the price of a jelly pedi for me, a pedi with stones for my husband, gel polish X2 for me and my husband (we do crazy stuff like that on our anniversary) and my manicure which they charged 30 extra for a design on 2 fingers which is just lines like a candy cane. Before a 20% returning client discount it was 235 for everything! That’s outrageous! And for me to pay that much for my nails and not get to keep them 2 days?! Im so mad about this! This isnt what i was expecting… ill never get gel again. Gel polish is a maybe, but no gelx. Its a rip off! I wished i would have stuck with my original decision and got acrylic cause this is awful! Super gluing dollar store nails is better than gelx from here. This is not what i paid for!

I love this nail salon. Wendy always does a great job on my acrylics. The salon is always buzzing. It’s been my go to spot since March.

New to the area & tried 4 salons. Prices all similar. Only waited 5mins w/ an appointment. Honest & consistent. Very professional & experienced. Calm confident atmosphere. A bit smaller space than other salons but location is great. The employees care about their work. I’ve had the GelX extensions, really happy with them.

Terrible experience! Paid for a spa pedicure. I had a male technician remove my gel polish and requested just clear polish on my toenails because I wanted to give my nails a break from the gel. When I paid he charged me extra for gel polish removal. When I questioned him he informed me that because I didn’t get gel polish again I had to pay extra. Terrible filing and cuticle trimming. No hot towel either for my legs. I have been patronizing this salon for well over a year and have always received good service. No more business from me. I will be finding a new nail salon.

I’ve always got fantastic service at how nails , until my last visit. Sadly I’ll not return now. Yes it’s common practice for the workers speaking in there language in front of us. But this time they was making fun of me. I did not need translation from the tech beside of her. It was really clear. The owner had been talking about me and the other one couldn’t quit looking. She even got up on her knees in the chair. So I will never give them any of my money. There’s things in life we can’t change. But this I can. BYE BYE

i got a gel pedicure 2 days ago and they did not cure my nails all the way. it is only a few days later and it is all smudged and coming off. while in the salon two other customers came in with the same issue. not sure if it is a lamp issue or products but i am annoyed at this inconvenience.

Very overpriced! Isn’t the price for dip removing is included in dip?? Never come ther again. Just got my nails done Sunday and it’s looks like I’ll need to come back in a week!

Pedicure was fine. I opted for a gel mani because they didn’t have dip to match the color of my pedi. I asked for a small extension and was told Gel X would be the best route. At first everything was ok, but within 24 hours one had bubbled up. I returned to the salon and they quickly fixed it. A few hours later, one of the extensions on my other hand completely split and came off. My nails feel soft, like they did not completely cure and will not last. I will not return.

The polish pealed off after a month, like a sticker. I’ve had gels last longer from other places. The massage wasn’t pleasant. He moved his hands up and down my foot briskly and tightly; I’ve had pain in my right foot ever since.

I am very disappointed with my pedicure. From start to finish it only took about 25 minutes. I paid for a pamper pedicure and didn’t even have my feet rubbed or get any lotion put on. She rubbed my calves for it feels like 30 seconds to a minute for each leg and then slapped some paint on my toes and called it a day. The best part about getting a pedicure is getting a massage. I should’ve just painted my toenails myself. Not relaxing at all!

I’ve been to almost every nail salon in Morgantown and this is the only one that I’ve consistently come back to. I see Lan to do all my manicures, but I’ve had my pedicures done by multiple staff and everyone here is amazing and super talented. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

They always do a wonderful job with both manicures and pedicures! Very happy with my nails after every visit. All of the staff are very sweet.

The edges of my manicure had to be clipped because the manicurist painted over my nail so my cuticles are jagged.

I'm disappointed. The polish doesn't even cover my whole nail. She didn't push back my cuticles. She was too busy changing the music on her phone than doing my nails. I wouldn't recommend. However the lady who did my pedicure was amazing! So overall skip this salon for your nails but go to it for pedicures.

If you’re looking for the perfect place to get pampered and relax, look no further!!! This place is amazing!!! Everyone is so friendly. Place is professional and very clean. I made an appointment with Wendy. She is so nice and does an excellent job! I’ve searched Morgantown for three years going to different places with no luck until now. Finally found the perfect place for me. My nails have never looked so good! I had acrylics done. They look like my real nails and nailed the coffin shape I love! And I always usually complain about my toenails being painted horribly. Not here!!!!! First place in Morgantown that no matter who I have paint my toenails, I get an excellent job.

I had a great experience at this nail salon!!! They are very professional and very welcoming. They take their time and do a great job. I had Lilly and she made sure my nails were exactly what I wanted!! Definitely will be returning.
