My first experience here and Rena did an amazing job. Suffering from chronic back, neck and sciatic pain. With her technique and knowledge she was able to alleviate some of the pain. Felt the difference right away after. Definitely coming back

First time getting a massage in my life at 31 years old. I must say Rena did an exceptional job. I came in with upper back pain and felt skeptical when she focused more around my arm and body rather than my back where is directly hurts. Come to find out the pain was related to a tendon in my arm. Her 24 years of experience really shows and I will definitely be returning. I’m still sore after the massage but this is normal considering I’ve never had a deep tissue massage before and my body is healing. Overall, great first time experience and I’m glad I chose to come here.

Massage was sub par and therapist demanded a tip and proceeded to throw my card because I only agreed to tip half of what she asked.

This was my first time getting a massage here and Rena did a fantastic job! I got the 1 hour deep tissue massage and it loosened up my entire body. Great massage at a reasonable price. I will definitely come back!

First time here at H&R and I just had the most wonderful massage! She is experienced and knows right where to reach and work a little extra for the pains of a truck driver. Highly recommended and I will be returning whenever I am in the area for sure!

I discovered this place and decided to go in on a whim for a quick 30 minute massage. Rena was wonderful and attentive—she is excellent at working pressure points in the body and I feel so much relief. I will definitely be returning to see her!

Wonderful masaage. I have a lot of tightness in my legs especially hamstrings. I have issues with a knee injury that contributes to the tightness. She really worked out the stiffness and got me moving much better. Also worked my shoulders and got a great amount of pain/tightness worked out of them. Will definitely be back.

My wife and I have been to multiple massage places here in Jacksonville. When I tell you she is the strongest, most accurate at finding knots and acupressure points in the body, my words won't do it justice. All I can say is try and see. She is very knowledgeable about the body and will instruct you in what to do afterwards to help your situation.

This is a new massage place at the northside of town. Rena is great and she gave me relief when I had body pain! Reminded me of traditional massages when I was living in China!She is professional and the place is clean. Definitely will be back.

This is a new massage shop on the north side of town. I received a superb massage with just the right amount of pressure to relieve some sore spots and knots in my back. Finished with a relaxing head and foot massage. Nice clean lobby area and room. I will be returning soon. Highly recommended.
