Place is dirty, I tried to take a shower and there were hairs all over the wall . Is a small place, a lot of people, the steam room smells nasty, people waiting outside to use the rooms and if you are inside one, the attendants would give you bad look. It’s either short of staff or they don’t care. Definitely not a place to relax and the so call “relaxation room” you hear banging doors, loud talking etc..The Caesar salad was only lettuce and mayo. The chicken too salty and too many spices. I give 5 stars to the lady in the kitchen who gave me the Turkish coffee and kunefe that was actually the only thing that was good. What a rip-off!!!!! RUN

Crazy that a service doesn’t include spa amenities. Any other spa in Miami includes spa amenities with a service.

My spa experience here was way more than I expected. This was one beautiful upscale, spa and the service was excellent. I am still talking to my friends about this place. I had a great spa day here. I got the day pass. It gave me access to the amenities and this spa has many. I tried all of them except for the bucket one. I was not daring enough for that one lol. At the end of my spa experience, I was very happy and relaxed. I loved the place. The spa is valet parking only. I suggest bringing cash. Inside there is a restaurant. I recommend trying it. The food was delish and the menu was good.

I recently visited Hürrem Hamam in Miami and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service. It’s truly unmatched in the area. I was particularly impressed by Zarina, the manager who spoke to me in Ukrainian and was incredibly polite and professional. She guided me through the facilities, explained the temperature settings in each zone, and shared the history of the place. Her ability to also converse in Turkish was a delightful surprise. I left feeling very impressed and eager to return. Plus, the Turkish restaurant on site is fantastic. I’m extremely satisfied!

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this place didn’t give me a choice. I booked my spa day two weeks in advance for $85, but my experience was disappointing from start to finish. Cons: • Lack of Information – The website didn’t mention that men and women share spaces, and there were no instructions on what to bring. I wasn’t informed I needed a swimsuit until I arrived. • Unwelcoming Start – I had to leave, drive to Target, buy a swimsuit, and come back. • Loud & Unrelaxing Atmosphere – Guests were chatting loudly in the jacuzzi and common areas, with no staff intervention. Later in the day, it felt more like a social gathering than a spa. • Strong Chemical Smell – Someone added a strong mint scent to the sauna, irritating my eyes. It lasted the entire time, and no staff addressed it. • Too Many Staff, Yet Poor Service – Staff gathered in groups chatting, yet the locker room was left dirty with towels everywhere. One even tried to take my robe while my phone and earbuds were inside. • Overpriced Restaurant – Food prices were nearly double the standard rate. I wouldn’t get food there anyway because at least three flys was flying around our table while we were drinking a tea. • Unexpected Charges – Despite prepaying online, I received a call after leaving, accusing me of not paying. They later confirmed I had paid, but this was the final straw. It seems a normal practice to them since I see other reviews with same comments. I was shocked to see people openly chatting on their phones about personal business. Even worse, men were staring while I was lying on the bench in the sauna, making the experience uncomfortable and far from relaxing. Final Verdict: If you’re seeking a quiet, relaxing spa experience, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. It’s loud, unorganized, and overpriced. (Attaching pictures for reference.) P.S. Hurrem managers, please don’t respond with apologies or requests to reach out to “resolve the issue.” With so many one-star reviews, it’s time to start addressing the real problems and making meaningful changes!!

I had a great experience at the Hurrem Wellness Spa in Miami! The atmosphere was serene and peaceful, instantly making me feel relaxed. They had a great mix of amenities, 2 beautiful saunas and I left feeling completely rejuvenated and at peace. If you're in Miami and looking for a relaxing spa/wellness experience, I definitely recommend Hurrem Wellness Spa!

Miami’s best spa, by far. The closest experience to this would the QC Terme spas in Rome or Milan. It is truly beautiful inside as well, with lots of marble and decorative aesthetics, all of which are very clean. You can buy a day pass without having to book other treatments. Their facilities let you treat yourself with temperature extremes here. Their saunas and steam are truly hot, and they have cold dips down to 40F. Way better than all the resorts on the beach with their over-priced tepid steam rooms. Looking forward to next time to try the restaurant on site and maybe a scrub!

Это лучшее место в нашей солнечной системе , на втором месте ниагарский водопад и на третьем месте заповедник елоустоун .сначала я пошел в сауну , там сидел грелся Арнольд Швацнегер , мы немного поговорили с ним и я пошел в бассейн , там я встретил Анджелину Джоли , мы с ней долго разговаривали и смеялись но потом я вспомнил что мне нужно заехать в волмарт купить хлеб и я уехал

Perfect experience, specially Jose (therapist on turkish scrap) and Zarina front desk was so helpful. Great environment, super clean place, slippers brand new sealed on pack, floors are not slippery, food was amazing, I love it. I feel like new born after treatment. I recommend everyone try it at least one, make sure you having “turkish kise” by Jose. Overall everything perfect. Well done guys and see you soon.

Rip-off! You purchase a treatment for $300 + AND then on top of that you’re charged a mandatory $125 to get into the facility. 🤯. Faena doesn’t even do that & neither do any of the other top Hummams.

This is the place to come and let go of all the noise. Design is amazing, well maintained, super nice staff. Lots of Hammam space, cold plunges, hot water, ice room, saunas and lounges to use. It’s my number one place for a fun day with a good friend. Highlight (Do not miss) is the Turkish restaurant. Unbelievable menu, simply excellent food and service

Bubble headband receptionist was rude upon entry. It was my second time here. Didn’t like her attitude. I came with my influencer friend this time raving about the place and she agreed. Second I did a treatment this time. Was not impressed no effort in the massage/scrub. She was rushing through it. I will not book a treatment here again. Other than that I love the actual day pass amenities and restaurant. The staff waiter my husband and I had the first time and this second time I went was exceptional. They need to work on their bubble headband receptionist and hire better massage therapist who actually enjoy their job.

I love the place it is an exceptional experience. I always get a hammam mud wrap. People are very nice and I love the team that work hard everyday day and provide such amazing and memorable service. I love food especially bronzino. I have a feeling that this place is growing and people get wrong idea of what Turkish spa is, in Miami having such place is just so delightful as I have seen so many good spa places and Hurrem Hammam definitely one of those that I would recommend.

I made a reservation for 4 people, but they called me to reschedule due to an emergency. I understood and was accommodating, but they moved my reservation almost a month later. When I called to confirm, they told me the reservation was only for 1 person! This is extremely disappointing and shows a lack of organization and customer care. I expected much better service. I was not even offered an apology :(

Was there for an hour and couldn’t wait to leave. iPads to check in didn’t work. Had to fill out the application 3 times. The lady who gave me the tour told me the lockers didn’t work so she had to put in her own code numbers to open and close the locker. Wtf? My wallet and belongings will be in a locker that doesn’t work. I demanded one that worked and when I got one she didn’t give me space to put in my passcode and then she just watched me un dress. She left for ten minutes while I waited for her to continue the tour. Place is pretty and just that. I asked her questions if the restaurant was open she said yes but it wasn’t. Then she said they had breakfast options but they didn’t. Whole Place was dark and chilly. No separate rooms or facilities. I tried sitting quietly in the jacuzzi for 5 minutes before a random guy decided to make small talk. Waste of a day pass. Never going back.

Went here for a friends birthday! Had a great time. Pros - Beautiful atmosphere, great customer service from the staff, as they were very accommodating. The food was tasty! The apples added a nice touch to eat along with some Turkish tea. The arctic room was a unique experience, after we were in the sauna rooms and jacuzzi. The valet parking guys were pleasant. Cons - Dudes, dudes, dudes! One too many, especially if you’re a woman coming to experience the facilities alone. Please beware. The stare downs, and poor spa etiquette made for an annoying and uncomfortable experience. Too many people, but then again, it was a Saturday. Felt more like a bathhouse than a spa. The chlorine in the jacuzzi was overkill. I sneezed all the way home, and had to take like 16 showers to wash it off!! The 4 hours we spent there was $125. Just an FYI. Anything else you’d like done such as a massage, etc will be an upcharge. Overall, it wasn’t bad. Just please limit the amount of people in this place during certain hours as the crowd became annoying. It was no longer quiet, and some people have no behavior (home training) in these types of environments.

Today, I had a wonderful experience at Hürrem Hamam Wellness and Spa. I was extremely satisfied with everything. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the facility places great importance on cleanliness. The service I received, especially the foam and scrub massage, was absolutely amazing. I felt completely refreshed. With its authentic design, this place offers a truly unique atmosphere and is simply perfect. The restaurant’s flavors were equally delightful. The handmade mantı, in particular, was absolutely exquisite! I will definitely visit again and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!
