Elle is very talented, and cuts my unruly hair so well! I look good going out of the shop, and I look good coming in to my next appointment. A great haircut never let's you down! Elle gives great haircuts!

Love Elle! She is fantastic and always so kind! She will give her honest opinion with regard to haircuts — I was looking at one, and she said it wouldn’t work at the length I wanted and would be high maintenance (something she knows I do not necessarily want). The front desk is extremely efficient! They are all very kind and helpful in providing a smooth flow! This is really the best salon in Annapolis, and I am always recommending it to others!!

I moved here from Atlanta, GA. I have found my forever hair guru & she is pretty special too! Run !!! Don’t walk to H & F! Best team, nice people, perfect products! I was very excited about getting a shag haircut. I brought photos to show PT, the hairstylist, exactly what I was looking for. I even said that I wanted a shag with a middle part and layers. He told me he specialized in shag haircuts and that there was no need to worry and I'd have a cut like the photos I showed him. While he was cutting my hair, I noticed eight inch pieces of hair falling to the floor. The pictures I showed him were of long haircuts with shags. I got nervous and looking in the mirror I saw that I had extremely short hair that did not look like a shag but instead an older woman's haircut. I told him this and showed him the photos again. This time he changed his tune and said I didn't have the same hair as the photos. I told him, "Now I don't!" I originally had a full head of hair to work with. He left me with no shag, no layers, and a blow out that looked like an umbrella. I got nothing I wanted--not even close. Unreal!! He lied about his skills and about what he said he could do with my hair. If he couldn't give me a shag, why didn't he just tell me at the beginning instead of waiting until the end and blaming me for his inadequacy? If you ever see PT with a pair of scissors, run to the nearest exit!

Jamie always does a fantastic job with rich color that looks natural. I have red/copper undertones I do not like, and Jamie does a fantastic job neutralizing this. Additionally, I have well-water and she knows which products to use to help my hair texture. I have had two hair stylists my entire life (I'm 30) and moved to Annapolis having a hard time finding someone to do my hair. Jamie is my new go-to stylist!

I saw Anya and she messed up my hair so badly - made me a dark brunette when I came in with blonde hair and wanted my highlights touched up. When I went back to get it fixed they put me with a NEW stylist (which i didn’t know was the case) who put RED toner on my hair which made it orange. Throughout the 4 months since this has happened, i’ve gone back numerous times for continuous corrections and nothings changed. It is so orange and brassy and I’m convinced my hair will never be the same again because nothing seems to fix it. So upset and hate my hair now and it used to be what I loved most. Literally is orange with pink and red undertones from all the damage this place did to it. When all I wanted was a simple root touch up for my blonde……

Products matter! And so do excellent stylists with a caring, professional manner who are skilled at their craft! I've tried other salons for different reasons and ended up with horrible hair in need of repair. Hudson & Fouquet came to my rescue and I'm back to loving my hair. See Kennedi if you are looking for expert coloring (my graying hair has never looked more natural) and a precision cut. Seriously, just start here, you won't regret your choice!! I'll never stray again.

This was my first time at Hudson & Fouquet, and I went to Jamie M. upon the recommendation of my friend. I have fine/thin hair and I’m growing out a haircut I was less than satisfied with. I explained to Jamie what type of layered cut I was hoping to achieve. She let me know what would be most realistic for my hair type and got to work. The end result was better than I hoped for and this is the happiest I have left a salon in years. Jamie is such a talented stylist and I will definitely be going back to her from now on.

Luc and Elle have been doing my cut and color for some time now, and every time I am thrilled with the results. No one understands how to cut short/medium hair better than Luc, and Elle is a color artist! Skill, talent, creativity, professionalism — all you could want !
