As an Asian woman looking for highlights/balayage, I get nervous going to new salons as I'm afraid my hair may turn too brassy or overall come out wrong. Missy made the experience incredible-- she asked a lot of questions on what I wanted and guided me towards the right experience, and listened well to allergies I had to accommodate to helping them. Very reasonably priced; Missy even made sure that I follow up with her to make sure I had no allergic reactions (I have a history of allergies to hair dye). She also expertly fixed an old choppy haircut I have as well! In my 5 years of getting highlights and balayage, I have never been happier with not only the coloring of my hair, but the quality as well as the service.

I do not have enough good things to say about Missy! As a blonde, it’s so hard to find someone who can help you maintain your color while keeping your hair healthy. Missy goes above and beyond and I always walk out of her studio feelings beautiful. She is so fun to hang out with, professional, and easy going. I love her as a stylist and a person!!

I am so lucky that my best friend recommended Missy when I moved to Austin. She does my hair perfectly (highlights and cut) every time and I enjoy my time with her so much. Cute and trendy salon with only a few chairs so it feels much more personable. Can’t recommend her or this salon enough!

If I could give Missy 10 starts I would! She has been doing my hair for years.. I have naturally curly and dark hair and she cuts it well so I can wear it straight or curly. She also does an amazing job at highlights!! Something else I love about Missy is that she will give me her honest opinion if something will look good on me or not. We also talk and it is a fun time!

Dionne does it again - my wife and I are both SUPER happy to have her style our hair! Dionne is always very attentive to what we want, discusses our options, and gives advice which is both clear and realistic - for example, she knows I'm not going to use a lot of product, so she doesn't try to push me in that direction. Wonderful skills, wonderful attitude. Hue Mane is the place for us!

Dionne is a great stylist. She is very talented and can do some amazing things with hair. The location is good - there is parking in the front and back. I’ve never been disappointed. Appointments are easy to book and everyone is super nice.

I always have a fantastic time getting my haircut by Kristen. She makes sure that I’m satisfied with my look and plays very close attention to detail. I’m honestly so impressed with her styling each time I go. She actively listens to my requests and delivers even more than I could’ve hoped for. The salon is super cute and is a very comfortable space. The experience I get going there is a 10/10 every time!

I went to Missy for 4 years in another state, but you can bet if I lived in Austin I’d be seeing her there too. She always did an amazing job on my hair and really listens to what you want your style to look like. She is incredibly professional, always on time, and has a great attitude!

Kristen did an incredible job on my hair! I came in without really knowing what I wanted, just that I wanted some subtle color - and Kristen proceeded to give me the most gorgeous balayage and subtle waves ever. Not to mention a haircut that totally keeps my unruly frizz in check. Will definitely be coming in again and again!

Kristen's been cutting & coloring my hair since I moved to Austin several years ago, and I'm so grateful to find such a talented stylist! She's approachable and professional, and I always leave feeling fabulous. I have fine hair and she always knows how to tailor my inspiration pics into a cut that works for my texture, whether it's a long or short style. (And the salon is wonderful: cozy and modern and calming.)

My favorite hairdresser ever! I’ve been seeing Missy every couple of months for almost a year and a half. She has seriously been a huge help on my journey to healthy, beachy blonde curls. My hair is really important to me and I'm very wary of trusting new stylists. Missy was the third stylist I tried when I moved to Austin and I haven't gone anywhere else since. She has always done an amazing job. She's good at getting the dead ends off. She's helped me get my hair down to my lower back and it's so healthy! I would 100% recommend her to anyone.
