I had such a great experience today ! From the very beginning everyone was so professional and welcoming. They accommodated my walk in appointment , took their time assessing my hair type and gave me great recommendations. Kendal took GREAT care of me with a scalp massage and hydration treatment . One of the best experiences I have had . I will definitely be going back and referring her to everyone !

After neglecting my hair and apparently pretending that I didn’t own a hairbrush for over a year while in grad school, Kendall has been my absolute life saver. From my first consultation, she took the time to discuss my hair goals and create a plan to achieve them safely. Her attention to detail, and time and effort put into every layer has resulted in me leaving every appointment with a smile. I have been seeing Kendall consistently for about a year now, and her talent, flexibility, energy, and humor has me looking forward to each appointment!

I had Kendall and she was AMAZING! The price was very reasonable for the amount of hair that I have. She took her time and was super friendly. I got a full highlight and boy was my head FULL of the cutest foils. She listened to what I wanted during the consultation and gave me exactly what I wanted. This was my first time going to her and I will 100% be rebooking!

Kendall is AMAZING at what she does and her work speaks for itself. Kendall has been doing my extensions for years now and I wouldn't go to ANYONE else. She color matches and blends them perfectly. She makes sure (no matter how long it takes) before I leave the salon, I am leaving with EXACTLY what I asked for. If you have short hair (like me) and have always dreamed of having long hair...Kendall is your girl. She will make it happen. No matter what hair type. I usually go with clip ins...just because my hair is naturally curly and I prefer straight. So, instead of having to straighten both my natural hair AND extensions every wash..I purchase naturally straight, clip in, extensions and just straighten my hair before putting them in . The first visit is kinda expensive BUT my extensions last much longer than your average 2-3 week follow up appointment. Especially since I wear clips ins...I am not having to go back as often to have them re-positioned when my hair grows out. My last visit, I had been 9 months since my previous appointment. I was a little overdue...However, I would say you could go at LEAST 6 months (depending on color choice). So yes...More expensive...But last much longer and SO worth it. I drive 4 hours to have Kendall do my hair..So I definitely would recommend her to ANYONE and EVERYONE. Also...all the girls at the salon are so sweet. <3 If you visit Kendall at the salon...be sure to ask her about the Chicken Empanadas. You won't regret!! :)

My daughter got her haircut from Vanessa. It was so much fun to see my daughter get excited over her hair. Vanessa was wonderful with picking out products and showing Renee how to style her hair.

I’ve been seeing Kendall for almost a year and she is an absolute miracle worker. I originally came in with major damage and breakage from years of going from platinum, to box dye, to at home bleach, etc. and she took the time to heal my hair over multiple visits while getting me to the blonde I wanted. She’s professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond to care about you, your hair, your budget, and your lifestyle. If you’re needing a new salon in Charlotte I would absolutely recommend the ladies at Hue Salon Ballantyne, especially Kendall!

Kendall Kendall Kendall! I’ve gotten a balayage and cut from her that exceeded all expectations! One of Kendall’s greatest skills is her communication/ability to listen so thoroughly to what a client is asking for, looking at the reference pictures they may provide (or even showing some she’s found!), and being able to recreate it with her client’s hair! Not only is she awesome at her job, but she is a remarkable human. Sitting in Kendall’s chair for a few hours is something I always look forward to!

I got my hair cut by Kendall today, but unfortunately, it wasn’t a great experience. Previously, Dana cut my hair, and she did an amazing job, exactly how I wanted it. Dana is a true professional hairstylist. I showed Kendall a picture of the haircut I wanted, but she didn’t meet my expectations. It was quite disappointing. So, if you’re planning to get a haircut, I highly recommend going to Dana.

I have been going to Emma at HUE every 5-8 weeks for almost a year. This was after a 4-year search in the CLT area to find someone who consistently does a great cut and color. Not only does she do both, but she is also a gem of a human. Real, no aires, good people. The entire staff is truly outstanding.

I saw Kendall, for highlights, gloss, deep conditioning treatment, cut and style. I was nervous about seeing a new stylist. She was very patient with me. Listened carefully to what I wanted, explained her plan to achieve it and answered any questions that I had, before getting started. I traveled over 90 minutes to see Kendall and will be back in 12 to 16 weeks.

Hue is an amazing salon and I 100% recommend them if they are within your budget. They are a little pricy but it's definitely worth the money for the quality of services you're receiving. I was taken care of by Codi for my haircut and she was absolutely wonderful. She knew exactly what style I was looking for and had no issues making adjustments if I asked. She was also extremely welcoming and down-to-earth. I would definitely recommend Codi and Hue for your next hair appointment. I will definitely be coming back for any future hair transformations or even to just freshen my cut!☺️

Catastrophic experience here with Kendall. Talked about her garage hair salon in her work place, she is a student and I was not told this prior to appointment. She changed my tip to 20% from 18%! I had to call her immediately and she says “ oh I’m used to everyone giving me 20%” 👀 Extensions took 8.5 hours. I felt like I was never going to escape. Horrible circus not a salon.

I just had my mind blown. I have been so busy with motherhood that I didn't realize how much I had let my hair go. Today I was humbled but also reminded that we as women need to take care of ourselves. Today I saw Kendall first of all she is beyond comforting ,sweet and very knowledgable. We talked about goals and what I wanted. Within minutes we were laughing. Like most women I had an idea of what I may want but was not sure. For context my hair is curly, thick and corse. Im 33 but i feel like I've aged 10 fold with stress and have grays. Not only did Kendall bring back my hair to life but she transformed my hair from looking like poor (cousin It from the Adams family) to a proper lady. Im so beyond grateful and mortified that my sweet fiancé let me out the house with crazy hair. Below I've attached 3 pictures. The first one with the blue pants is what my hair looks like when I wake up for reference for all you curly wavy hair girls. The second is a picture of my hair before and the 3rd is the after result. Also as a side note I do not curl, straighten my hair on often maybe once every other week its a mom bun most days and curly the rest but I clearly had breakage. If you’re trying to preserve length get your haircuts and trims regularly as you can see i did not do that. If you’re unsure of what you want Kendall is amazing.
