Hue does a wonderful job washing, cutting, and blow dry/styling my hair! She is very kind & professional. They are usually able to fit me in same day, which I am so grateful for! I have long hair and I’m used to salons upcharging me JUST because of that, but here, I am not upcharged. Prices are very reasonable. My husband sometimes gets his hair cut here as well and leaves happy. Overall great value and experience. Oh, and sometimes, I need to bring my daughter with me [1yo] . I feel that she is very welcomed there and they are not just tolerating her, like at some places. Both women smile or interact and talk to her, which I appreciate.

Came in asked if she knew how to do a fade, she said yes. The Haircut came out horrific. I don’t appreciate someone lying and telling me they know how to do something, when they really don’t. Just be honest and up front with your customers. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place. Terrible service. If I could give less than a star

This was my first visit to Hue's Salon. She is very quick and efficient, however, one of her employees, who was sitting behind me, kept staring at us through my mirror. I was so uncomfortable, and she did it the whole time I was there, which was approx. 30 minutes. It made me feel that I could not have a private conversation with Hue, and could not be specific as to my wants with this woman staring at me. I am a first time customer, and my bangs are too short, and my sideburns are very sparse. I did tell her what I wanted, however, with this employee staring at us through my mirror, I did not feel like I could speak up. I did not want my personal business to be heard. Hue is very nice, it was just unpleasant.

Tina is the best. She is very thorough. I love how she waxes my eye brows. She waxes, plucks, and trims. She does a great job on curly hair cuts. I am very happy with her. She also is not rushed and she is very efficient. She is not in a rush to get to the next customer. She listens to the customers wishes and provides the service the customer requests. She understands her customers and are sensitive to them. Great customer service.

My daughter has been coming here for years, Yet for some reason this time the stylist failed so bad! She had braids that she had braided herself and told them not to cut the braids. They not only cut them out, they gave her a bob cut that she did not want! The worst hair cut ever!!!!

Been here twice with a different stylist each time. They killed it both times. They are super nice and inviting and the prices are affordable too! Diane was my stylist this time and I've never had layers look this good for this price.

Hue, the owner is the only person that I can trust with my hair. I have gotten to the age that I am showing a little gray, and she knew exactly what shade to match my normal hair color. I like my hair to be cut a certain way, and she always does an outstanding job. I live in far north Frisco, but I still drive to her salon because I trust her even though there are a multitude of salons where I live. She is always smiling and friendly. If you go see her, I promise you won't be disappointed.

I am normally hesitant on trying new hair salons, but I have to say my haircut experience here was one of the best! He was able to fix my hair and made it look beautiful and nice! I will definitely come back in the future!

It's hard to find people that know how to cut Asian men's hair in my area, so I'm glad I stumbled upon this place. I always get a good and reasonably priced cut! The ladies are very nice, the place looks clean, and there's classical music usually playing if you're into that.
