Enjoyed my visit. Only wish they had slippers or mentioned to bring your own. Had a deep tissue massage by Haley and she really put her all into it! Very good. Free parking too :)

Love this spa! $40 entrance fee. Not too large so can get crowded when busy but still a wonderful and relaxing experience. I love the infrared sauna, and the clay mudroom.

DON'T COME HERE. This place has significantly gone downhill. So many tourists and new people in groups coming here with such a lack of awareness. Very rude people coming in here now. Talking and yelling loudly. I unfortunately had to walk up to the front desk to alert them of some girls facetiming with a GUY! I saw a peak of her phone as I walked by ( thankfully in a robe ) but other women were completely nude!!! This place needs to do a better job at screening people and discussing the rules beforehand. I come to the spa to relax and enjoy some quiet time. Not be around loud, obnoxious, and rude people who talk in all of the rooms and throughout the spa. Unfortunately it seems there needs to be a monitor who frequently walks around in order to educate these people or simply just kick them out 🤷‍♀️. I don't want to be that person who is always going up to the receptionist to alert them about these things. I've gone several days throughout the 2 months just ensure it wasn't a one time thing. Unfortunately it wasn't.

The WORST massage experience I have had. I left the facility crying. I booked a (60 min) Swedish massage with a 30 min add on. The massage was terrible...15 min into the massage I asked to cut the service short. I would have left at the 15 min mark but I knew I didn't want to waste me money since they make you pay BEFORE the terrible service. The massage was bad. Every 2 min I kept asking her to increase the pressure, she could not. Every 2 min the masseuse would ask "You don't like this?" and I responded "no this is not comfortable nor relaxing" and she would not adjust. She didn't touch my skin she massaged me on top of an old and uncomfortable sheet and just pinched my skin even after me asking 5x "Is this a Swedish massage?" Imagine an dry and rough towel rubbing against your neck..terrible. I probably have rug burn, There was no aromatherapy oil used during the service (although that was listed in the description of the service I booked). I am so upset that I wasted my hard earned money on this. I told her and the receptionist this isn't working. I wish I could have gotten a refund for the massage because it was not a Swedish massage it was a rub an old sheet againt you and call it something. I worked hard and want to treat myself to a relaxing Sunday and this wasn't that at all. Just a waste of money,

I have found my new K Spa! I booked a scrub and 60 min shiatsu massage during TG week in tradition with my week off work. I loved everything about my experience and had an amazing massage that really hit those "tech neck" sore spots on my neck and shoulders. Yes this spa is not as large as the others, but with that comes better service, less people, and way better value for your $$. Arriving at 9am allows for ample parking in their lot but can see how the lot can be packed later in the day. I left around 12:30pm and it was already 3/4 full from the other businesses. I made the reservation over the phone, they didn't take any credit card info or anything. Check in was very smooth, the front desk person double checked that a shiatsu was what I wanted (dry massage, no oil, more pressure point based). Um yes please. I was able to shower, soak in the salt jacuzzi, use the tea wash, and steam before my service. The services started ON THE DOT, these ladies don't miss a beat. My tech, Sara, was super nice and strong; so much dead skin...I feel like I shed my winter snake skin. As soon as I was done, I was immediately intercepted by the massage tech Haley, who whisked me off to a private enclosed room. She was SO strong, but had good communication on pressure level and areas to concentrate on. When my 60 min was up, I didn't want it to end. I was so relaxed and loosened up, I felt so disoriented with relief when I was walking back to the main spa area. I them treatment room hopped to my hearts desire: clay, Himalayan salt, oxygen, infrared heat, steam room, and cold room. I only wish the cafe was open, I could have stayed all damn day. I checked out Yelp and Google reviews prior to my visit, and for some reason, prob just my nature, I gravitated towards the ones that were not favorable just to "know what to look out for". I was VERY pleasantly surprised to have nothing but great friendly service from the booking process to all the staff I encountered. They do NOT charge for usage of lockers and they do NOT have a credit card fee, everything was totally normal and fine. People be cray, ferreal. My only slight disappointment is their cafe isn't open on Tuesdays haha, I was really looking forward to that steamed egg dish! I also wish they provided spa sandals for walking to and from the jade/marble floors but I will make sure to bring my own on my next visit.

My sister and cousin loved it. My sister has been coming for years. I hear the V steam is very popular. And was also very told that the restaurant is only open on weekends

Save Your Money – Don’t Come Here! I’ve been a loyal customer for years, spending a lot of money and recommending this place to others, but it’s completely gone downhill. The woman at the front desk is disgustingly rude. I waited 15 minutes for my scrub with no one attending to me, and when I asked about it, they finally gave me someone who gave me the worst scrub of my life. For $220, this place is an absolute joke. When I politely mentioned the scrub was bad, the lady at the front had the nerve to scream at me and tell me I was never welcome again! Keep in mind this was to a 16 year old child!! The lady also continued to scream want do I want from her multiple times. To which I responded nothing I was just letting u know because I've been coming here for years!!! Unbelievable. Not once did I raise my voice or act disrespectfully. This incident came at the perfect time because I was just about to do a review for my social medias, which have a lot of of supporters who now can know the truth. No one wanted any money just an apology for the poor service, and didn't even receive one. The $30 hand massage? A four-year-old could do better. This place is a scam. Save your money and go somewhere where you’re treated with respect, not like an inconvenience. And honestly, the way they treated me makes me wonder if they’re racist, because I’ve never been treated like this before. Skip this place! Never coming back.

Wonderful

Clean as other folks mentioned. Pretty small (only a few treatment rooms) but I loved the Jade Sauna and my scrub was extremely thorough. Well-priced and a great way to spend the afternoon on a sunday.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for over a year, regularly driving from Calabasas. Every visit, the same staff member has helped me, but today I had an experience that was both disappointing and unprofessional. The staff member, who has always been courteous in the past, refused to offer me a locker or a robe as she normally would. When I politely requested them, I was told they now come with an additional $20 fee. I asked where I was supposed to store my purse and clothes, and to my surprise, they insisted this fee had always been in place, even though I’ve never been charged before. Their suggestion? I should carry my dirty clothes and purse around with me. This was not only impractical but felt completely unreasonable. I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be returning after this experience. It’s disheartening when long-term customers are treated this way, and the service I used to appreciate has taken such a strange turn.

I brought my mom here for Mother’s Day and she really enjoyed herself. We loved the variety of room offerings. I treated her to a body scrub and a massage. I know we will be back.

Went to this spa because of the variety of rooms that they have available for treatments. Place is immaculate. There was a woman that was non-stop cleaning the entire 2 hours I was there. This Spa has a no bathing suit policy so you are naked under the robe that they provide or you may bring your own. I say this in the event you're shy. The whirlpool room... you must shower before you get into the tub. There is also a bath that has tea in it. That is not for immersion, only ladling over your body. Because of the showers & the pools the room is filled with a lot of water. It is tiled & very slippery. I abstained for this reason. Be wise. Within the room is also a small Jade steam room. Again, I didn't go in because the floors were so slippery. The mud room... I elected not to use this either. In order to use the room, you lay on sheets on the mud covered floor. Not for me. The O2 room... felt great. Any headache you might have disappears. To fully oxygenate for 20 minutes is restorative. Salt room... I've been in better rooms in dedicated places. Entire room is not built out of salt & it is hot in there while others I have been in were cool, like a cave. Again, good for the sinuses. Electromagnetic room - Don't wear jewelry, or in particular, watches. Leave your cellphone outside. Another hot room. But it is grounding and great for inflammation. After all the heat and open pores go to the Cold room. It's not like an ice plunge. It's like stepping into a refrigerator. And felt great at the end of the day. in my opinion it is great value for the dollar spent. I felt incredibly refreshed and that wellness lasted for days. There is a parking lot. Spa is on the 2nd floor. Day I went the elevator was out, so stair climbing may be involved. Additionally spa should have more benches available in the rooms. Some had none. If you can't get up & down off the floor easily, this is the major drawback. Show less More about me

great value for money and impeccably clean. So many rooms to choose from and brilliant massage too!

Great Spa, for scrubs and massage. Love to visit for some alone time and also with family to relax and bond..

May 05, 2024

OMG, what a great day. I started with a shower and the steam room, then headed to the oxygen room for some mediation. Had a full body scrub first, phenomenal!!! Then the infrared wrap and facial, after she unwrapped me a full body massage!! Then the chill room, I was so relaxed and happy, will definitely be going back

One of my good friends has mentioned this place for awhile and I was intrigued but also nervous for some reason haha. But so glad I finally got to come here! I came back to LA for my bday and my homegirl dropped me off for a spa day, she recommended at least 2 hours and I was surprised, that was not long enough! Even just on the admitting area where you have access to the different rooms I wanted to be there longer than I expected haha! The front desk who was very welcoming and nice and straightforward said 5 hours is the limit. Very reasonable pricing for the entrance fee, it's extra for services like a facial or massage. But I thought the rooms and the steam room etc was great! $30?! (Definitely leave some tip) I've never had such a great experience for such a moderate price point. I would go out of my way just to come here. It was so clean and only women are allowed. It's very comfy and people mind their business for the most part and it seemed super chill. Honestly I loved the igloo/cool room! But every room had a unique experience. On the second floor of the shopping center btw.

🥳It’s a sweet meet up with girlfriend for max. 2 hrs plus the booked treatment BUT 😤 if you a serious Finnish sauna fan, this place has NO dry sauna room, neither a cold plunge, nor a quiet relaxing, nor fresh air area. 😍☺️Positive: +WOMEN ONLY, +comfortable sitting areas, + extensive offerings as treatments over 100$ + very girlie decorated with many mirrors, +great explanatory signs about the benefits, + mulberry tea basin, + infrared room, + Herbal V^^ steam chair (for ladies private parts). Seems made by woman for woman: + very friendly receptionist stuff. It felt like a waiting room for booked treatments. 😶‍🌫️😩What to improve: - full out loud conversations in relaxing rooms, - loud shooting treatments ladies opening doors and shouting numbers of the clients trying to find them - very disturbing. - tiny hot tub that fit just max. 3 ladies, the 4th came and water overflowed over the board.. - NO JETS in hot tub ! - weird smelling pink shower gel, - NO slippers, - small towels, - steam room not really hot, - In clay sauna - you had mats covered the clay balls… whole point is to get clay all over you, didn’t made sense. - Sunday afternoon very crowded. - NO VEGGIE DUMPLINGS 🥟left. It was 4pm, ppl reserved their dumplings for 6pm… come on… - one room was out of order. - poor maintenance. - in the way up on the second floor - in staircase some homeless left their lunch … sketchy area… - my most disappointment: no hot sauna. - I took some work to do… it’s a wrong place for it - no place for it, while in others places it was not a problem. - it was weird to carry your shoes until your locker in your hand as receptionist asked us… - and the hairdryers been old - I didn’t properly dried my hair. Hence: mixed feelings, I felt dirty & cold. :(

Love going to hugh spa. I am a repeat customer. I love the all female environment. Kitchen opens at noon and cooked by one lady. She’s very nice but to get the home cooked food takes a lot of time so it can take 45 mins to get food. Handmade stranded dumplings and bigogi are my go to. Make sure to follow the etiquette. I’ve been to spas in Korea and Japan. No shoes or flip flops. Even if they are clean bc I don’t know if those shoes are used outside. I think if you can’t respect the spa etiquette go to a western spa and not a Korean spa. And you are blissfully naked! Exposed to the elements with a thing robe. Other Korean spas in town provide “pajamas” so can go into coed area and go in rooms. But your Pjs are inhibiting the full exposure. That is how the Korean spas are in Korea too. But when I found this all woman’s one. I was so happy. They do provide males services but they do not have access to the Spa area.

Very clean, wonderful amenities. Will go back!

The best Korean spa I have been to!! I love how small and cozy it is. I felt extremely comfortable being there: services I got were body scrub and massage : being a plus size Latina I didn’t feel judged for being to “Gordita” as my family would say lol : although it’s a all women spa my husband did go get a massage and he said he was the best one he’s had ! So definitely would recommend this spa 100%%

This was a really fun experience. We went right when it opened and it was a very busy place. Be ok with being nude, everyone else is. We had the glow booster package, it was an experience, a full body scrub, wash, massage, etc. most spas that I typically go to, you are in your own room getting a treatment, this place you will get your service next to others getting theirs as well. My skin glowed and I felt like a million bucks. Before and after your service you get to use the soak & steam rooms & so many other amazing amenities. Money well spent.
