I just got out of this place and that was the first and last, the girl couldn’t give me a French and this is the nails I got out of the salon with. When I get in she asked me what I wanted and I said French and I showed her the picture and she asked me what color powder I wanted and I said regular (I’m not always getting my nails done) also she is the “professional so she should know what powder to use with a French. Then when was time to do the French she said that it was not going to look good because I got clear powder!! The thing is clear powder or pink powder, you are the professional and should have done a better job on the nail’s themselves!! Now I have to go spend more $$ to get it fixed and the French I wanted!

Horrible service and will never go back! I asked for short white tips..The lady was very rude and got upset when I let her know I did not want the white tips glued on but I would prefer her to paint the white tips. She was rude and rough the entire service! Nails having been on a week and look HORRIBLE!

READ THE REVIEWS!!! If you are a person of a darker skin (ESPECIALLY) pls believe me when I tell you DO NOT go here. This one lady was very rude today while she did my nails. The service was so bad I thought my mind was playing tricks on me but it wasn’t! She rushed through the service like she didn’t even want to do it, my nails look horrible btw. There were ppl of lighter complexion there and let me tell you they were pampered and served with so much patience. They even offered them beverages and didn’t offer me a thing, I was appalled to say the least. I normally tip very well but she wasn’t getting an extra dime of my money! Her demeanor, body language and attitude was very nasty and offensive. I’m not trying to pull the race card but this experience was so obvious! I would never spend another dollar at this place I only came here because the shop I normally get serviced at is closed on Sundays. A picture of the particular “nail tech” will be attached below.

0 stars!! Me and my 2 small daughters went in here this morning, my husband bought a gift certificate for us to go for a girls day. This was my girls first nail salon experience and it was awful. There was only one young lady who was very sweet to myself and my babies, the other ladies just terrible, I would write it all but it was so much, to the point where I felt the need to almost get up and punch one of the ladies in the face who was attending to one of my daughters whom is my youngest, when my baby started crying I almost lost it. Will NEVER be back. And the lady whom I am speaking of her picture is in one of the reviews below in a white shirt.

The worst and baaaaaaaaaad nail salon Please Do not go in this salon they're mean and thife my nails was soooooo ugly and she hurt my fingers and I ask for full face wax she burn my face and she didn't even wax all my face they're bad and rude 😡😡😡😡

Horrible customer service. Probably one of the worst nail experiences I’ve had. Everything is falling apart, they are not clean and sanitized she literally oiled my feet with wax still on it and left my feet on wet towels with all types of things on it then tried to put my bare feet on the physical chair. I was so upset by it didn’t complete my service. Please save your time and money. Do NOT come here. I will be calling OSHA.

Horrible experience! My dip powder nails look awful. Lumpy and the simple square file was horrible! My nail tech was very rude. I asked was she finished filing because it looked a mess. She said yes. So I asked her to fix and she had major attitude. Also did not fix it. Just filed it a little. My toes look a mess she brushed her hand up against them and would not fix them. I payed for a $50 for the pedicure and the nail tech did not get all of them dead skin and my 5 year old could have done the paint job😬 lol…When I walked in, I asked for mani and pedi and eyebrow wax. She just refused to do my eyebrow wax. No idea why. There was nobody in the shop and they were open for another hour. Will never go here again! Waste of money and time.

My friend asked for gel on her nails and a regular pedicure at 3:57p. The nail tech told her to “shut up” after she asked about her pinky nail being bruised, while she was in the process of drilling. Then , she purposely ignored her when she was asking about the color and finally told her, “shut up, I hear”. She finished her nails and said, “thank you”. It was 5:33p, but, we reminded her we asked for a pedicure. She said “no, we close at 5”. Mind you we were here before 5 and got the say so for a mani pedi by the salon owner. So, then she had words with the owner and finally sat my friend down. She asked what color she wanted? And my friend said it’s on the desk. The nail tech asked my friend, “then why didn’t you bring it?”. Then the owner asked my friend, “why don’t you get gel? It’s faster”. My friend said no because she asked for polish. My friends pedicure was rushed. There is no customer service here. If I could give zero stars I would.

My nail tech was very rude and they have a bunch of nails with no polish and she was mad because I wanted the color I saw displayed she kept talking smart plus my pedicure still had my feet rough I wouldn’t recommend I walked out and went somewhere better

The nail tech that I was with was EXTREMELY rude to me and lacked a tremendous amount of customer service skills. I asked if she could go back and fix my pinky nail, and her remarks were, “Shut up, I can hear you.” I informed her prior to closing time that I was here for a manicure and a pedicure. However, I was told that it was “closing time.” I spoke with the manager and was given the okay to proceed with the pedicure. As I was headed towards the pedicure bowl, she asked what color I wanted on my toes; I simply told her “The nail polish is on table.” Her response was, “Then why didn’t you get it?” They’re very negligent and disrespectful towards their customers. I'd highly recommend you all to go elsewhere.

The prices vary every visit even though I get the same services every single time. Their pricing list shows a different price, but they charge you a different price. At this point I feel like they just charge whatever they feel like. I usually go here because it is close to my house but today was my last visit.

They rushed on my nails and feet. I had a nail that was slanted and the nail tech didn’t know how to apply the chrome polish. I told her my nail was slanted and she just filed it like that would fix my slanted nail. Another nail isn’t filed down when I rub it I can feel it’s lumpy.The lady who did my feet didn’t even get the dead skin off my heels and gave a sorry 1 min massage. She was done with my feet in like 12 mins it was ridiculous. The only good thing from my visit was getting my eyebrows arched they look amazing. I will never come here again worst experience ever.
