Came here for the first time... And was pleasantly surprised to get the best hair cut... Very reasonable price, good service and professional execution!! Will definitely come back with my kids and family!

We were new customers and drove far to get here. This was something new for me to do ( eyebrow procedure) and was excited. We were looking forward to create a long lasting service. Unfortunately I got my eye brow(mircoblade) done, the lady staff that performed the procedures was rude and unprofessional. She gave attitude and literally yell at my sister when my sister politely advice to make the eye brow more symmetry because it was not. Even though I was a CUSTOMER and is investing 300, I do not feel being valued as a customer. I felted intimidated to ask the lady that performed my eyebrow to fix it and I was not satisfied as a customer. I felted like it had to be her way of careless rush and poor quality customer service even though I was the consumer. When I ask to fix error or make it symmetry, I felted intimidated, uncomfortable, and belittled. She did not listen or care about what I say as a customer and she just exclude abd disregard my concerns. The cashier even told my sister to pay ONLY CASH 600 because they only take cash, ok no problem. She was trying to tell my sister to download some app and send the money through it? Then later some usual customer come up and pay via card....??? Sketchy, should definitely forward to Better Bussiness Bureau. No apologies can make up for a bad experience. People will forget what was say to them but people will never forget how the experience made them feel. I am a new customer (mircoblade eyebrow) looking forward to be a loyal customer and there're plenty competitors shop out there. Will not return because it lack professionalism, courtesy, and quality. I will just stay local for a better service to spend my money elsewhere. 💰

I've been getting my hair cut from Jennifer for just about 5 years and l do not need to go to anybody else. She cuts my hair the best.
