I’m not one to post a review but this place is beyond amazing and so is their staff! I came in Sunday, severely dehydrated from being ill for so long and Sydney (sp) treated us like royalty! They set us up in the VIP room and took the best care of us!! Sierra is also phenomenal! She came to our work to give us IV’s yesterday and she was so sweet and a blast to have here! (Send her everytime) give these girls a raise and praise them because they both went above and beyond! Thank you guys 2 amazing experiences in one week!

I LOVE HydrateMe! I have been a die-hard customer since they opened their doors. I cannot begin to say enough good things—the medics and NPs are top tier. Whether it’s Botox, IV drips, or fillers—this is where you want to go. Sarah, Matt, Kelby, Heather, Alex, Kali, — 10/10, I see them on the regular.

This place is amazing!!! Showed up to get some aesthetics and had a raging migraine, so I got the migraine IV also. It worked like a dream. Will, who started my IV, did a great job. Sarah was very knowledgeable and informative. Some of the aesthetics, especially the lip fillers hurt. Sarah was very concerned about my comfort and managed the pain perfectly!!! Will be back for sure!!!

This was literally a godsend. My son passed his stomach bug to my husband and I, and I was struggling. I am currently 20 weeks pregnant so everything is amplified. They were able to get me right in, and showed amazing hospitality. Everyone was so, so nice. They also offer a concierge service; I did not know this so keep this in mind if you are down bad and can’t drive! This relieved / eased a lot of my symptoms and I really didn’t want to leave. 😂 Thank you so much!

Had my first ozone therapy at the New Albany location and was very pleasantly surprised! On my way home I was almost giddy that I felt so good! I have chronic pain in my back and hips and have been struggling with pain in my knee recently. I am looking forward to the continued good feelings from this treatment and will absolutely do the ozone therapy again. Thanks to Kelby for a great experience! 5 STARS!!

Love the IVs and especially the Ozone treatment. I’ve been to many medspa, tried tons of services and I have to say the experience at HydrateMe is top notch. The IV administrators are highly skilled. The Ozone left me feeling like a new person. I’m officially addicted.

Nothing but wonderful things to say about this place! Everyone is so friendly, the medspa itself is very chic and clean, and it’s so easy to schedule. My wife and I both get our botox done with Sarah and we cannot recommend her enough. She makes getting 20 tiny needles jabbed into your forehead actually a fun time! Every trip to Hydrate me is a good one. Would highly recommend!

Have used Hydrate Me multiple times when I have had a migraine for the migraine IV. What a lifesaver! Quicker and cheaper than going to the emergency room. Everyone is kind and knowledgeable. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!!

I visited Hydrate Me in New Albany recently. Heather was awesome, so kind and professional. Kelly helped me navigate registration and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed during my appointment. The place is very clean which is important for a place like this. 5/5 would visit again! Ran on time, no wait, what more can you ask for!?

My experiences with Kelby have been amazing! He is professional, has a very strong artistic talent to tailor treatments to each individual, and is one of the best nurse practitioners I know. Highly recommend.

I rarely write reviews but I had to for this experience. This past week I had the norovirus/stomach flu and was going on day 4 of it. I was so severely dehydrated after keeping nothing down for days, I could barely move. I hadn't slept in days either, so I was a mess. My doctor advised me to go to the ER to get some fluids, but I really did not want to pay for an ER visit. Then my sister told me about this place, game changer. I had the party IV drip with an extra bag of saline. I left feeling almost back to normal and alive again. That evening I was able to get back to being a mom and doing things around the house. I was in awe of how much this place helped me. The staff was so friendly and informative, going over all my options. Truly an amazing place and so lucky to have something like this in our area!

Very kind staff, compassionate and very knowledgeable on wellness. My daughter and I both have Lyme disease and we get ozone treatment here. So thankful that central Ohio has access to this amazing therapy. Kelby and Sarah have been so kind, their true eagerness to help make it a stress free experience shines through.

I cannot say enough about the New Albany location. I have had such a great experience. Sarah has helped me with weight management and I have never felt better. I suffer from an autoimmune disease and this has given me back my life without the puffy bloat. This is a journey and I have kept with a good diet and workout routine but with her help I have been able to lose weight and keep it off!

My favorite place to come get an IV when I’m sick, hungover, or just need an energy boost! All of the staff is very knowledgeable on the menu and willing to answer any questions that I may have. Sarah and Kelby have been instrumental in helping get rid of my acne scars and addressing all of my other skin concerns. Love that they carry Alastin products as well. Could not recommend this business more!!!

Wonderful staff and beautiful facility! Sarah took the time to explain every detail and answered all of my questions. I've had several different treatments there and will continue going back for more!
