Great experience from the time I walked through the door. Quick intake and Dr. Travis takes a lot of time to explain the process and answer any questions that you have. Definitely a step up from the average office visit. Very professional overall and looking forward to working with these guys!

I was skeptical of driving the hour, to get another trt dr. But was glad I made the trip, took the time to chat with me and I feel we have a good plan of attack, of coarse we did bloods and will go from there, ( been on trt for 4 years and not where I need to be just yet. )

Dr Travis is very informative when explaining the way TRT works, how it’s done among helping check other important things that can affect mental health thanks, 11/25/24 Update so Sunday will the 24th, like a light switch, I started feeling the effects of the testosterone levels increasing my libido took a 100% turnaround!!! I can’t even begin to tell you how serious I am when I say that Dr. Jeffords probably essentially saved my marriage, I have been battling with these issues for about four years and it’s like I’m At my peak of short from being inappropriate Time is actually fun now!!

I felt listened to, heard, and respected by Travis. The appointment went great! For the first time, I walked out of an office feeling like the doctor wanted to help me in the most natural way possible by fixing root causes instead of prescribing me things that mask symptoms. I initially went to Travis to review some extensive panels I had done. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I then had some other tests done and everything was handled so well and Travis was always so responsive to any questions I had. Can’t recommend him enough and will be back.

Excellent care re HRT and infusions. I recommend the NAD for brain health. They have an exfoliating facial called the Salt facial The providers are excellent. I feel at home when I’m there. The hormone replacement has made me feel like a new person. I highly recommend the Spa and the providers. Everyone is genuine and caring!!!

I felt completely heard and understood. The Dr was extremely knowledgeable and personable . You could tell he really cares about his patients and explained every detail of the treatment plan. I felt very confident and at ease with his suggested route of treatment . I'm ready to feel more like myself again and thankful I was referred over !

I am at the beginning of my treatment with Dr. Travis, and wow. He has provided so much insight and so many solutions to my medical concerns. He is understanding and patient with my preferred style of medicine and treatment. He has been nothing but accommodating and supportive. Called to get the cost for ultherapy treatment in neck and lower face area and was told you have to pay $50 consultation fee in order to get pricing on services we offer. Ridiculous! They want make $50 to give you price & if price given then was higher than what you were expecting you will walk out with no refund of $50. Outrageous! If you’re truly a professional could easily give an ESTIMATE a price on a specific treatment for a specific area not refused just to get $50. Called somewhere else got the price and booked the appt.

I cannot express how important is it to have a knowledgeable staff, cleanliness, friendliness, and to have your IV therapy specific to your needs. If you live in Jacksonville, FL or Saint Augustine, FL this place is a must for your health and mental well being. There are many out there but none compares to Hyro Infusions. They offer many other services so check them out and start living your absolute best.

I don't know where to start. Was it when I first called and the receptionist ( I think her name is Sheri) and she was so informative which prompted me to see Dr. Travis. He is so amazing, caring and does not rush you at all. He will literally explain the whole anatomy of the body so you could understand why you feel the way you do. Assuming you are feeling crappy and that is the reason you went to see him in the first place. He is quick to respond to messages including emails. Although I am working on my hormones with him I plan to continue to go to his facility for more good stuff he has in his office especially the IV infusions. I am a fan. I wish more doctors geared their practice towards optimizing the body without harsh chemicals which covers the problem but does not go into the root cause of the problem. If in doubt just book a consult with Dr. Travis you will become a patient. Guaranteed.
