My neck and shoulder muscle were very tight and giving me pain so I decided to lay on the Red Light Therapy table. My neck and shoulders feel so much better! I think my neck adjustment will go much easier now, as well as hold longer. Thank you!

Anyone who has gotten professional massages knows there's a lot of trial and error finding someone who hits all the right places with the right amount of pressure. I certainly don't want to pay for a feather touch, and I am not too keen on feeling beat up afterwards either. Micah is amazing, and I always has been. I will continue to come back and am significantly impressed with the facility to want to explore other options beyond massage. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Great massage, the cold plunge and sauna are very helpful for inflammation and pain and I really like the Marc pro just 30 mins got rid of all my lower back pain!

I've had a lot of massages in my life, and this was the best one I have ever experienced. I have so much pain and tightness in my upper back, shoulders, and neck. Micah has been literally the only masseuse to ever get in deep enough to feel any sort of relief. You could just tell how skilled he is based on hand position, gauging the right amount of pressure, etc. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire experience and cannot recommend him enough.
