My mother just left this salon and asked for a trim of her hair. Well it looks like they decided to just chop it off. She asked them to take an inch off and it looks like all they left was an inch. My mother's hair is natural and the lady wanted to perm it when she told her no she said the lady seemed to be upset which may be the reason for the chop off. Stylists should know their limits, she should have just turned her away if she didn't know how to work with natural hair. Never again!
