If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I got a chemical peel and she literally burned my face. I texted and called multiple times and no response. I still have discoloration. This place is horrible - stay away!!!

Very long story short, I got a terrible lash perm. I have nothing against the lady who helped me, she was kind, gentle and professional. I would not recommend this place because they dont access which pad best fits your eye; my perm looks like some one taped my lashes to my lid, they have no nice curl , they literally look like a straight L . They did not once ask me how much of a lift i wanted. I spoke to someone and they didnt even bother to try and fix it or call me, they insisted on texting instead. Unprofessional and not worth it.

Some of the worst lashes I ever got. I reserved a 1h 30min slot for a classic full set. It took in total less than 1h including check in and signing a waiver. Tu asked me what I like. She did not clean my lashes - that’s requires to remove natural oils, otherwise the glue does not stick. The lashes looked good at first, even though they had equal length and I asked for longer in the middle. Same day they started falling out and I discovered that Tu just placed fans of 8-10 lashes everywhere!! No wonder she was so quick, that’s not only a lazy shortcut. Also it damages almost everyone’s natural lashes, the weight is much too heavy. No educated lash technician would do that. 5days later I lost all my lashes and they took the natural lashes with them. I got lashes many times all over the world, knowing these were bad quality technique, I still tried to maintain them - no way they can last with fans of 10!

Sure, I was out your place June 26th 2019, 2:30 PM. I requested an eyelash perm. My eyelashes are long and thick and obstruct my vision and in the past having them permed has helped with this issue. The reason for my 2 star review is the perm did not happen evenly only the outer edges of my eyelashes permed the middle of the eye lashes stayed the same, thus an uneven look and still had my vision obstructed. The other reason for the low review is the seats/beds are extremely uncomfortable to be laying in for 45 min. to an hour. I hope my feedback helps you service customers better in the future.

Worse ever eyelashes extension. I'm asian, almost no lashes. I had done lashes before at Mia's Mink Stevens Creek and with Kelly in Almaden. They were great! They don't tell you to eat avocado and take Biotin. If I could give -0 star I will. As soon as we drive off eyelashes starts flying away. Again I'm asian not much lashes. They also charge deposit. If you're late 10/mins they will cancel your appt. If you're eyes is not clean there's $20 extra. My appt is 10am she took me at 10:30.
