Definitely the best massage I have ever received! The 5 star reviews are more than accurate. Jonathan is incredibly kind and truly gifted at massage. You can tell he is really in tune with his work and is very intentional with his movements. I treated myself to a two hour massage and it was worth every single second - I can’t wait for my next one! I highly recommend I knead a massage, Jonathan is great at what he does, I get deep tissue massages and He always send me home very relax and pain free, I love his reflexology massages too, I’m a feet person and really enjoy coming over to him for a massage.

I went to Jonathan for tension in my shoulders/neck and I have to say I have never had such a THOROUGH massage! It’s been a week and from my neck to my hands I am still much less tense. He is also very pleasant and calming. 10/10

I'm a snowbird from the Midwest and I told myself I was going to a massage therapist this winter in the Phoenix area. I've had a neck fusion, back and neck issues, been to a podiatrist, chiropractor, leg issues. All the doctors helped to a certain degree, but my question always was what muscles are making my feet, legs, back, etc. hurt? My comment always was lets get to the root of the issues. Did the epidural route, etc. But, looking for the root causes. I've been to a couple of massage therapists in the Midwest and they were fine, but have not been to one for 12-15 years. I started searching online in the Phoenix area and came across 5 out 5 stars on all the reviews for I Knead A Massage. All the reviewers are correct, Jonathan Rand gives a 5 star massage. He listened to me on all my issues and addressed all of them from head to toe. I went for a deep massage, (which was excellent) but added in structural and movement(Rolfing), which was also excellent. I went to him 3 times in March. Jonathon has help me to stay active and my body feels much better. Wish I would of went to him earlier in the winter. Next winter I will be going to I Knead a Massage on a regular basis. I highly recommend I Knead a Massage. Jonathan is a super nice guy, very professional. Definitely 5*

Phenomenal services! I cannot recommend Jonathan enough! I heard a lot of great things about him before I went for my first massage and it was even better than I expected. I'm active and also sit at a desk all day. Most massages I have had are relaxing, but don't really fix my underlying issues. Jonathan is an expert and knows his stuff. He focussed on the areas I stressed were problematic and worked on finding a solution that was right for me. Go check him out!

My session with Jonathan was an outcall service to a local hotel. I am an older gentleman who receives massages very regularly in my home town. This 90 minute massage by Jonathan was simply amazing. Professional, thoughtful and thorough. He found knots and tight spots I didn’t know I had. He has the most intuitive and strong, yet gentle hands. If I didn’t live 2300 miles away, a massage by Jonathan would be my monthly therapeutic indulgence.

While on a trip to Phoenix, I decided to schedule a massage and rather than use the overpriced (and often mediocre) masseur offered at hotel spas, I found a nearby massage studio, I Knead A Massage, in Scottsdale. The owner, Jonathan, and I emailed and set up an appointment. Jonathan offers massage in his Scottsdale studio and has the ability to come to your home/hotel. I opted to have him come to my hotel. There are not enough superlatives to describe Jonathan's deep, therapeutic massage. It was 90 minutes of bliss that left me feeling wonderful from head to toe. My chronic problem areas- neck and shoulders- were relaxed and knot-free. I felt both relaxed and refreshed. The massage was simply superb. How does Jonathan do it? It is a combination of factors unique to Jonathan. He is very personable and it is easy to feel comfortable; he is trained in several massage techniques and very skilled at implmenting them; his hands can feel tension that needs to be worked away and he takes the times to work out those kinks; and, he has a passion for his work and it shows. I highly recommend Jonathan/I Knead A Massage. Your tight shoulders, your achy back, your tired legs, whatever is troubling you will thank you and feel renewed after the massage. Jonathan has a gift for massage. He is a healer.

I have gone to Jonathan for 10 years and believe he gives the best massage that I've ever had. In between appointments, I may go to another person (if he's not available) and though they are good massages, they are not as good as Jonathan. Jonathon does an amazing job at being able to find the knots in which you need to massage out and have the ability to get them out. He is extremely knowledgeable about massages and different ways to be able to help. He is also extremely professional and nice. I would recommend him to anyone.
