Place has gone down hill. They just phone it in now and worry about a tip. Cut my hour massage down to 35. Don't go

Asked for Deep tissue. Also filled out paper and drew two circles around both shoulders as they are very sore. Massage didnt pay any attention to sholders. I made several polite comments to press harder. No change She then asked "Is this good" I said can you please go harder. She must have had a temper tantrum as she got silent and stopped rubbing for 2-3 minutes. When done she said "Oh deep tissue $10 more" I gave her a $20 and she snorted "this not enough"

Great massage. Walked in on a Sunday evening with neck and foot pain and left feeling a lot better. Massage therapist was very attentive to my pain points and often asked how I was feeling. Super clean place. I plan on going back.

Great spa and staff, everyone so so kind to me and when I talked about my legs and back pain, my therapist listened and knew exactly what needed to be done , best massage in Jacksonville for truckers !

I travel a lot so I’m always on the look out for a good massage. What I received at I Knead Spa was beyond exceptional to say the least. The professionalism and just cleanliness as soon as you walk in is first class. I’ve had a variety of their massages and every one was just amazing. The efficiency and dedication to the craft is just astounding, every time feels like your first time and I mean that in the best way possible. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area on vacation or live nearby.

Me and my husband got a couple massage. The massage was alright. A little hard but it’s ok, even though I left the place with a sore neck. Now there are two things I want to point out. 1. The workers were loud when communicating with each other during the session. A professional environment with professional therapists should be quiet (and just background music). 2. The woman was hagging for tips. Literally demanding high paid tip. First of all, a tip is never required. I am aware that a 20 percent tip is standard IF I were pleased with the service (which I’m not). The woman got mad, rolled up her eyes, smashed the window hard, and walked away. Worth nothing that great service is recognized and rewarded.

Great experience this evening. Open until 10pm. I had a 30 minute lower leg (knee down) and foot massage for $40+ tip. He was VERY DETAILED. I plan to go again soon!

I felt robbed. My therapist doesn’t know what she’s doing yet she forced me to give her a tip. Worst experience. Will never come back!

I'm a regular here after a friend on mine who is a massage therapist recommended it to me when she moved. Very clean, comfortable and professional. They wear mask and give you the full time you pay for. I like deep pressure and it is great. Ive been there over a dozen times and never had a bad massage. I highly recommend

This place is great! Place is clean and the sheets smell good! We got a couples massage today and it was AMAZING! Will def. be back! I have been to a lot of massage places as I have back issues and this place is really good guys!

You won't find a better massage in this area for the price per hour. The place is the cleanest in town. I am very meticulous when it comes to a clean environment because I have sensitive skin. Our massage therapist was friendly and knows exactly what she is doing with the right pressure to certain areas of the body to relieve the pain and stiffness caused by lactic acid build up between the muscle tissue. This spa is great for a relaxing massage to leave you in better shape then when you came in.
