I had a very very bad experience I asked what was the price for pedicure First said 45 then when I sat down with the nail lady to put a full set 40 then 50 getting A pedicure/Full set I Paid a lum Sum Of 95 dollars. Then next day I Broke. Bad Attitude Language Barrier One person tell you 5 min others say 30 min. To Fix one nail. They look very mad. Like if I owed them Something. So they Got No Tip From Me. I will Never Come Back the worse place you can east your money on. Go Somewhere Alse.

I got a pedicure and manicure done two weeks ago. My pedicure was ok, but they did cause my ingrown toenail to get worse plus I noticed the man doing my pedicure was doing things in a rush. I think he was done within 20 minutes of doing my pedicure. The guy who did my manicure did the same, he did my nails in a rush. He didn't even take more than 5 minutes to prep my nails, which I believed caused my nails to barely last a week. However, my nails chipped within 3 days.... what an awful lack of care and preparation. I will never go back again or recommend anyone to go there. It was a waste of time and money.

I will not be going back there. First off, the price list that is currently listed is supposedly old, but they've yet to update it. A basic manicure/is was listed to cost like $32. Mine cost me $55. That's over $20 more than what's posted online, plus I gave the nail tech a $5 tip; in which she never said, thank you. 2nd, the male nail techs seemed to be way more friendly that the lady that did my mani/pedi. She was not friendly or talkative, at all. The others were laughing, and talking the entire time with their clients. She would answer my questions, but was far from friendly. She didn't apply my polish far enough back, closer to my cuticles; so it looked like I had them painted weeks ago, and they grew out. They literally look like I had a manicure weeks ago! I got them done on a Friday, by Monday the ends of each fingernail was worn, and faded! Whatever top coat she used isn't providing proper coverage to keep the colored polish from fading. It's only been 4 days, and my fingernails look a mess, as though it's been several weeks since I got them done. I definitely do not feel it was anywhere near worth the price I paid, plus the tip. I got the service done for my engagement celebration, and mentioned to her that's why I was excited to get it done. She said, absolutely nothing! After only 4 days of having my nails done, I'm going to have to remove the polish on my fingernails, and I've also had to retouch one of my toenails.

If I can give no stars I would WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER THEY ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL VERY RUDE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE SUCKS AND I USUALLY DONT GIVE BAD REVIEWS HOWEVER THIS PLACE WAS THE WORST I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE HERE.

If I could leave a zero I would….just left this place and usually I walk away semi-satisfied however today was definitely a NO for me and the last time I’ll come here. For one, not one greeting but a just “pick your color” when customers after me were promptly greeted. I can overlook that but the poor service after (didn’t ask which pedi I wanted, rushed service, poor quality, interrupting me when I asked about the service, and I had to remind the tech of what was included in the service) was horrible. When I attempted to tell the person at the front desk about my experience she didn’t even listen. Yeah on to a better place.

Loved this place and their pedicure price is very reasonable. I went with my sister in law and niece, the technicians doing our pedicure were so kind they even pretended to do a pedicure on my baby niece. It was adorable, she's 17 months and she loved it. Definitely will be going back.

They really paid attention to the details and ask for my opinion on the length of my daughter’s nail. We love them exactly what we ask for. Definitely going back. And this is how they look after only 2 week they look like I have had them for a long time.

Won’t be going back here again and i’ll be telling all my friends and family not to go here as well. Service was awful and bad communication. I told the guy I wanted basic pedicure and he does gel instead without my consent and charges me more. When i confronted him he lies and claims i said gel. Next day, i notice my nail polish is chipped off. Such a waste of money.

I asked for a gel police but changed my mind to regular polish. I told them I wanted the same police but just regular. The worker had already cleaned my feet. The other worker said I had to get up and grab it when they could’ve just picked a similar one and I wouldn’t care. But they told me again that I had to grab it. The water in the sink was already gone and as I was getting up I felt like I was going to slip even getting back in. After I grabbed the same polish but just regular, Sat back down and he rubbed my feet and legs with my dirty feet because I had to put my sandals back on. Felt very rushed the whole time and I had to ask twice to clean under my toe nails. I didn’t want to tip but I did anyway because it’s the right thing to do. I was only in there for 20 mins but usually it’s 30-40 depending what your doing and how you’re taking your time. I’ve been to other nail salons that took their time with clients. Sad part was their weren’t many people in there. :( I’ve gotta regular polish before at other nail salons and they never did 20 min pedi.

Normally they are ok with service but the last time I went in the service was awful. The nail tech was rude and was irritated with anything I said. The worse part was she was so rough she cut me a few times on my finger tips! I won’t be going back recommending anyone else!

This was my worst experience. The girl who did my nails shorten my one nail than other. The girl who did my pedicure didn’t asked me which pedicure i wanna get done and did of her own which actually was not even a pedicure. She just filed my nails and change the color with lil massage at end. When I asked them how did they charge me they got super rude to me. The girl who did my wax she don’t even know how to do waxing properly. Please don’t get waxing done. They should have replied back in a soft tone. Won’t go to them ever.!! Super rude
