This was my first and last visit to the nail salon. The nail technician who conducted my pedicure service decided to give me an express pedicure. Instead of the one I selected, a deluxe pedicure with hot stones & massage. ( Niether were done) And completed ignoring what I asked of her. I've got an overlay on my big toes...asked for it to be removed. She didn't remove or refill it... just buffed it ( it is not smooth, not seamless). However, I charged for the deluxe pedicure with overlay. Leaving the salon with gel polish around my toes nail bed as well as in my foot. I DEFINITELY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND OR VISIT AGAIN!!

They were extremely rude to my daughter and I. Every service we asked for, which were basic services that they provide no extras, seemed to annoy the hell out of them. Will not return. The product was mediocre.

I spent $110 in that nail shop on a pedicure, refill, and eyebrow wax. I highly regret it. I got gel polish on my nails and toes. Also I got acrylic on my two big toes. I went Sunday and it is now Thursday. My acrylic on my big toe has cracked. My GEL polish on my nails have streaks in them. And my eyebrows are extremely thin and not natural after I’ve asked her to make them natural and please don’t thin them. And I can’t miss, Gel isn’t included like any other nail shop. You have to pay $15 extra for gel. Not to mention they like to continuously bribe you to pay extra for other services after you’ve already declined it. I would not recommend! They also rush your services.

So I have been to this nail salon before it was very early and I was the only one there the fellow that did my nails was very pleasant and did a great job but today.... no such luck. It is quite possible that since the nail tech was awakened during a nap that the service was quite lacking half of the service I paid for was not done I had to ask if she was going to clean under my nails , she barely soaked my hand so it was painful when the cuticles were clipped, had to remind her to file the fingers on my other hand so that's fine and that was after I asked if she could use pumice instead of metal foot file for which she didn't put any effort or attempt to remove any excess or dead skin in the process. Unfortunately I also paid for an eyebrow wax which I expressed that I was very sensitive to alcohol and to please not put it on my face , she pressed the waxing strip it seems as hard as she could against my eyeball and started wiping away glue with what obviously smelled like alcohol. I asked if she was sure she wasn't using alcohol, to which she replied no.... she then showed me a bottle of green aloe vera gel and asked if i wanted to use that i asked if it had alcohol in it she said no; so i said well if it doesnt have alcohol in it its fine...she smudged it on and she let me check my eyebrows for which they looked fine she left out and I immediately checked the bottle of aloe vera gel for ingredients of course it said glycol and highly combustible among other things!!!!!! When I brought this to her attention she almost patronizing in fashion put her hand to her head as if she didn't realize the mistake she had made , but we both knew that she did it on purpose , without warrant... I'm not sure what the motive was, i asked several times about the alcohol. I simply sat quietly while I was being lazily worked on with a smile very polite and paid without complaint. But I figured I would let any possible customers know to let the sleeping tech lie!!!!

The lady who did my nails was very nice, however she told me my nails was going to be 35$, I paid 55, thats cool if they were actually nice. Why am I taking my polish off and she not redoing them?.

Their staff is great! Nails last a long time and look beautiful! Unfortunately the last time I went it was very dirty. Floors, chairs, walls and cabinets. Just needs a really good wipe down. It didn’t use to look this way. I’m not sure what has happened.

They do not do a good job on your feet or your hands . I went in to get a refill and paid $28.00 for it. And brought my own polish. For all that you can use y'all polish!😄🙂🙃 and they are very very overpriced they don't do a good job at all. Please fine another place to go!!!!.

This salon is unprofessional and the workers do what they want, not what you ask. I asked for ombre nails with a little color and the lady painted all of my nails one color. I told her multiple times that is not what I wanted and she still proceeded to do it anyway while telling me she was doing ombre. I even had a picture for example. I feel like I was on an episode of what I wanted verses what I got. ALL she had to say was she didn't want to do it. When she was done she told me next time she do it. I will not be returning for a next time.
