This place is awful! I went there and the guy scrubbed the hell out of my bone by big toe. It was raw and bleeding. Told him to stop and he acted shocked and wouldn’t. Now I have an infection. This happened to my friend too when she went. Different times. Save yourself $100 on dr bills. Don’t go here. I’ll be contacting them to see how they’ll be settling this.

Been seeing Paris, Paul, and Vy for over a year. They are fabulous! Won’t go anywhere else. Paul gave me a simple and classy French manicure today. My sister got a day of dead theme from Vy. Excellent work!

Such wonderful customer service! Edit: 10/10/2024: I drive an hour to go to this salon because it’s always been great…until yesterday. I show up at 904 am. They start my pedicure and usually the person doing your toes does your nails. I sat there for two hours….why? Because a bridal party came in and everyone stopped for them. They didn’t care if I left to go elsewhere as long as I paid for the pedicure. I waited because I needed my nails done. The girl said she didn’t know how much longer because they were busy…when I arrived there were three ppl. The staff talked about me to other guest and they all gave me dirty looks. They finally call me over at 1215 and the girl was rude and aggressive. At 1235 she was done? It normally takes an hour for a full set but ok. She burned me with her electric nail file and didn’t apologize. I’m not sure how I’m the bad guy when I was made to wait after I was already done with a pedicure. I only went to this nail salon because they had wonderful customer service. I left in tears because they were all so rude. They then charged me 120 dollars which I feel like they overcharged but whatever. I didn’t tip because the service was horrendous. I paid 50 for the pedicure and feel like I didn’t get all that was advertised because she was done in 30 minutes. I’m pretty sure they all wanted big tips from the bridal party which is why I was put on the back burner. I’m highly disappointed and I know the staff doesn’t care.

I came in because they were suggested by coworker. I left with nails that look like they were Lee Press on Nails bought from the dollar store and a headache from the cigarette smell from him smoking right before he sat down 🤮 I asked to make sure they were all even, they are not. I asked for square sharp, they’re curved. There are big gaps around the cuticles where the nails should smoothly blend in. The gaps are big enough that I can put my nail under them. I attempted to point it out to the tech while he was finishing up and he raised his voice a little bit and started moving everything around aggressively. It was super uncomfortable. Posting the best pictures I can get myself. Here’s a picture of what I told him I wanted and then the ones he did that look like they’re the Wish version. (Request on the left ~Wish version of what I received on the right) Absolutely DO NOT let the older guy that sits second row on the left, first seat touch your nails! Now I’m stuck with these embarrassing nails for the next two weeks 🤬 I will definitely be telling everyone where I got them done so as they don’t end up wasting their time and money and have to be embarrassed for anyone to see their hands.

I have been seeing Jane every 3 weeks for 3 months now. Every time she does an awesome job on my nails. I can give her a picture of what I would like my nails to look like and she recreates it every time. She also remembers life events from each visit and asks me how things went. That makes me feel special even though I know I am not her only client. I totally recommend Jane and ITouch Day Spa on Cortaro.

I get my nails done every 3 weeks. I get a pedicure every other visit. My tech at iTouch is Paul. He does a great job for me. I highly recommend him.

I have gone to my fair share of nail salons all over the NW side of Tucson, Marana and Oto Valley. Out of all the places, I never have left iTouch disappointed. The salon is clean and fresh. All the nail techs are fantastic and pay attention to detail. I personally see Clover and appreciate the time she puts into her service. I always leave feeling with a self confidence boost and receive many compliments.

They offer good service but I was shocked that a polish change cost me $35?? Already existing acrylics. Just got rid of the prior polish and did a French manicure nail polish.

I just went to get my nails removed and the lady there entirely ruined my nail beds. She used a nail tip and dug under my nail trying to pop off the acrylic. My natural nails are sooo sore and hurt just from me putting my hands underwater. Never going here again

I paid almost $100 for a man/pedi. She was on her phone either talking to someone or watching something with ear buds in the whole time. She quit watching when she was using the drill to take off old polish and it skipped off and gouged my toe. She didn't do anything with cuticles or callouses. No oil or lotion. Didn't have me wash my hands between steps. She did the top coat on my dip powder nails without clearing the dust from filing so there are bumps and visible pieces of dust. The shape is wonky. It really ruined my day.

I’ve been to I Touch several times and it’s my absolute favorite place to get my nails done. I’ve had a different person each time and each nail tech has given me perfect nails! I especially love this most recent set I got done 💖 so so cute!!

2 weeks ago 7 of us came in to get our nails done for a wedding. All full sets.. Appointments were made weeks ahead of time and confirmed a couple times before the day. 2 of us waited until the rest were almost done to even get started. Confused because we each had appointments and there were plenty of techs. The beautiful bride was nicked several times (great for the wedding pictures) and had one break off the next morning when she went to scratch her leg. Then another broke off the next day when she was sleeping (woke up to it on the bed). We were each charged extra for the shape, length (regular length at any other salon) design (French tip), color (gel I can understand but this was on top of paying for gel). So after us paying right around $700 before tipping (1 separately for a pedicure- not sure how much she paid for that) 5 of us no longer have them on. Why?? Because they started lifting, breaking or popping off..by far the worst experience ever and a few of us have been getting nails done for longer than the bride has been alive.. We picked this place out of any other salon in Tucson because it was recommended..Very disappointing to say the least and feel like we were scammed with all the "extra" prices... I would give a lower rating if possible. I questioned it all but was blown off like I was crazy. I did get them to reduce the price from an extra $50 to do a cat's eye effect to $20..yes on top of all the rest of the add on pricing and the nails themselves. Wish they would make it right but the manager won't return my call...

**WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! While getting my bows done nail tech dripped wax on to my eyelashes! She spent 3 minutes whipping it out with tea tree oil. After my eye was burning I was immediately on the phone with poison control. Demi did not apologize or take any accountability. She is the worst. I’ve had to file a formal complaint with the cosmetology board in hopes they investigate this tech’s credentials.

I got a full set of acrylics done. The appointment took longer than I’ve ever experienced, and it’s no mystery why. The nail tech (Jackie?) was on the phone throughout the entire appointment. She’d take every phone call she would get and she didn’t pick up to say “ can I call you back,” she would have full conversations, loudly too. She was very distracted and burned my skin several times with the drill. She had to wipe away the paint she did because she messed up twice but still never thought to try and focus more on what she was doing. When she wasn’t on the phone she’d talk to another employee who was across the salon so she’d have to speak so loudly for him to hear. It was headache inducing. I was tired and not up for any confrontation so I just dealt with it. She was so impolite and I felt like I was inconveniencing her to have made an appointment. I’ll never go back because there are no standards for professionalism clearly.

I was very excited about coming here for the first time. From the moment I walked in, my daughter and I were super rushed. I got a full set, $50. Within 4 days, half my nails fell off. I would recommend going somewhere else.

The lady, Mars.....She gave a bad review because she ran out without paying. I was there and watched the whole thing! They caught her!! Amazing service, cleanliness and talent! They are always very kind and I enjoy going there. Great prices as well!! They always do what I want, I love them!

They are nice. I went here twice. The first time lasted a long time even stayed after hours to finish I did show my appreciation. The second girl was awesome but the nails itself next day like it was three were going to break. One did!! And one week it did. Diamond fell next day but eh on another one idk if worth the 100 Bucks I paid what you think?

This review is for the Cortaro location. I had a terrible experience. I got a gel mani/pedi. I don't know if my nail tech was in a hurry or something, but she was very rough. Not relaxing at all. My toes sting from her cutting my cuticles too rough. My right thumb also bled a bit. The massage was a joke. I brought my daughter with me as well. I told them I didn't want her cuticles cut, and they argued with me. I've had a great experience at the Oro Valley location, but I will never come back to the Cortaro location again. Way over priced for the quality. I feel like I wasted my hard earn money for a painful (literally) experience. Hopefully they will see this and offer a partial refund. No one there is friendly at all. I felt like I was interrupting their day by being there.

Three times is a charm.They're not friendly. They don't listen or follow directions. This is my last time coming here. You're better off booking an appointment at a spa or local nail tech on styleseat. The technicians must not be paid well and it shows. I have heard a technician low key beg for a tip when the customer did not have cash he insisted that she could use Zelle or Venmo. That's so unprofessional. There is a plethora of colors on shelf but only allow you to choose from the three books they have with limited colors. You're better off walking to the shelf where they sit to pick them yourself because if you tell them what color and it's not in the book they say they don't have that color and they do. They just don't want to provide a good service and find you the color you want and they don't care about you being a happy customer. Is not priority to them. Them getting to the next customer to make money is. When they service you they keep looking up at the door when customers come in and rush because it seems like they're trying to rush you to get to the customers coming to get serviced and try to get to them before someone else gets to them first. The service is sloppy because of this and they are rough with your cuticles and do not but graze across the bottom of your foot to remove dead skin so your feet still end up dry rough and not soft. This day the tech smeared polish on my toe and not the nail rushing and looking at the door when a customer can in. With my manicure she cut my real nail too short and I was bleeding.I requested to get a soak off because I did not want to damage my nails further she filed my nails down to remove the gel but there was still small chips of the old gel polish on the nail and she just painted over them. They use fruity lotions for your manicures and pedicures also are not a spa smell and smells cheap and disgusting especially how expensive it is and quick and rushed. She asked me to pay after she painted my nails w base clear polish since I was just getting a regular manicure and polish but it was tacky because I still had to get my eyebrows done. She told me to go to the back to get my eyebrows done did not walk me back just pointed but the light was not on so I sat there in the dark waiting until the eyebrow tech came back. To top it off the wax was too hot and around my eyebrows are irritated. It's so bad. Last time it was similar. Thought I'd give it one more shot. I am a hair stylist and this is the worst service, people come in this establishment to relax and de-stress not for this. This nail salon is the ghetto.One more thing the manger caters only to pretty rich women and will not take anyone else. And depending on what race it seems they will discriminate against because of status or racial discrimination. It's unethical and disgusting. Spend your money somewhere else.
