I would not recommend coming to this establishment. The interaction I experienced with the staff was unprofessional and mediocre. When entering, there was no face to face interaction, there was someone yelling from the backroom answering my questions about the different services they have to offer which I found to be very unprofessional. I left with no plans on returning based off this terrible first time experience.

Unprofessional experience. Initially, i came into this place of business for a social media post that advertised clients for student waxing, however, when coming into the establishment, i was told that they do not conduct these services on Sundays. although, the social media post said otherwise. The waxing area is very small, & the person i came into contact with when walking in, was yelling from the back area to communicate with incoming customers such as myself. Personally, as a potential customer, i would love to have had a face to face interaction & a more professional experience. I would not recommend coming to this establishment.
