I scheduled an appointment on-line and it was confirmed via email. I got to my appointment and I was stood up Tried calling and texting to no avail. My card was charged and they never showed. A very unpleasant experience. If this is the way this company does business I want no part of it. Very, very unprofessional company

Nya was absolutely amazing! She’s running around everywhere and making sure everyone feels at home, which is what I feel is most important. We are from out of town and she just so happened to be from the same city! Small world! The cryo was amazing and the leg compressions were even better. 10/10 recommend

Today was our first time at Icebox, and it was interesting experience! My husband had a sore shoulder from working out, and his pain was gone right after 3 min of cryotherapy! There is enough room for two people inside the icebox. Cute girl at the front desk provided an excellent customer service, gave us a tour and explained the benefits of cryotherapy. Price is reasonable and place is clean. Highly recommend this business. We will be back!

Amazing experience.. recovering from shoulder surgery and there isn’t one aspect of this place that didn’t help me. They educate you on treatments and you leave looking forward to your next appointment. Very reasonably priced as well

My experience was amazing, excellent customer service . Very informative about the benefits of cryotherapy for your body, mind and well being . I also had a compression therapy and my legs felt great, while in compression chair I had a lamp over my face with red light for collagen rejuvenation. Five ⭐️ stars

Been a customer for several months. The cryotherapy has reduced my inflammation dramatically (from years of weighlifting and golf). They also have other treatment modalities—-I love the targeted red light—that enhance the recovery trajectory. Super friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend this to anyone seeking for a natural way to improve overall physical health and mental well being.

First time customer here. I rarely make bad reviews but I have never had this problem with scheduling to get a facial. Made an appointment with Emily, hearing she is a really good aesthetician, I wanted to book with her. Got a call at 6:45PM the day before my appointment, as they close at 7pm, saying Emily can’t come in tomorrow? So now I can’t call them back because they are now closed. I booked this 3 days before my appointment date and now I am so confused as to why my appointment is being cancelled the DAY BEFORE and LAST MINUTE. When I called the first time, asking about Emily, someone named Nya or Mya (not really sure) didn’t want to say anything about Emily when I asked so then she hands the phone to a man when I want a women’s opinion. Very unprofessional, seems very sketchy. Will not be making another appointment because of this…

I talked to Mya, who I believe is the manager. She was rude and hung up on me. Will be contacting the owner about this. I was looking forward to coming in but won’t be giving business to a company who doesn’t care about how they talk to their customers.

If you have never tried cryotherapy, give a shot! Jimmy and his crew will take great care of you. I’ve been doing this for 8 months and can tell a huge difference when I miss it for a week. Sore muscles are greatly reduced after just a few sessions. Stop in and get your introduction. You will be glad you did!

This place is so great! First time doing anything like this. I do a lot of weight lifting and CrossFit and I recently injured myself a couple days before a competition 😢. I wanted to try this place out in order to improve muscle recovery and lessen inflammation in my body. I spoke to Nya and she was so kind and helpful. I told her my situation and she provided a lot of insight of what they offer in order to achieve my goal. She walked me through it all and was informative when I had any questions. I got the full body cryotherapy, red laser, and the compression. They took me in right away with no appointment and I left with my body a feeling better. You will see me definitively coming back and I would recommend this to a friend.
