10/10 will recommend and come again. Wanda is an amazing barber, you want a fade? She gots it. Crew cut? She gots it, for a good and fair price too. I was uncertain with what I truly wanted but she worked with me and adjusted to get the cut I desired. Take the chance, ask Wanda and you shall receive.

well, it's always a little stressful getting your hair cut at a new place. buy a new stylist but I could tell just by speaking with her on the phone that Wanda had a great personality and then when I showed up she was finishing up with somebody else and I could tell this was going to be a good haircut and it most certainly was. I highly recommend if you go to iclips you ask for Wanda. she is totally fabulous

Ms. May is amazing for haircuts, she always takes her time and pays a lot of attention to detail to make sure you come out as fresh as possible! She's also very sweet, highly recommend! :)

Wanda is an amazing lady with a great attitude. Very skilled at giving tapers/fades and walks you through the haircut. If you are a student at UT and looking for somewhere that’s going to get you right and not F your hair up I would highly recommend Wanda.

I went in for chunky highlights and Wanda used expired hair product on me. If that wasn’t bad enough, my chunky highlights came out extremely brazzy. As if the color wasn’t bad enough, there was no distinction between the “highlighted “ piece of hair… it just looked like she took the top layer of my hair & dyed/bleached it. Finally, to make t this blotched situation worse, is she told me she would discount the price but ended up adding a $30 tip without my consent. I didn’t realize this was done at the salon because I was so upset about my experience that I just wanted to get out of there and I didn’t confirm what was charged. When I got home in tears to look at my statement, I realized the additional amount had been added. I will never visit this establishment again.

I went to get BLONDE CHUNKY HIGHLIGHTS. This was the first time I ever dyed my hair so I called ahead of time to ask if they could do this style for me and the woman who answered said yes. When she started putting on the bleach, she realized that it was expired AN HOUR after I came in and sat down. She put more bleach on top of the expired bleach. When she was finished, the color was closer to orange/bronze. Not to mention, my hair was not even in highlights. The top half of my layers are “blonde” and the bottom half of my hair is brown. Cherry on top was her charging me full price after saying she would give me a discount from how unsatisfied I was. Will never come here again ❤️

(original review was blank) Edit: they offer good haircuts at fair prices, but I’ve had repeated issues with them rescheduling or cancelling appointments last-minute with little-to-no communication outside of an automated text. They aren’t bad stylists or barbers, but unfortunately they aren’t particularly reliable.

Asked for face-framing layers and a little layers on the top layer of my hair and got an extremely uneven bowl cut. It didn’t look bad when the master styled it but looking at it now, the ends are all uneven lengths and cut sideways. Very disappointing

Ms. May cut my hair perfectly, it was a really nice experience :) she shaved my head about a year ago and I came back to her to get my hair trimmed for the first time since. She knew what to do <3
