I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent experience with Icon Spa. As a guest at the w Hotel, I called Icon Spa on Monday, December 30, at approximately 3:29 PM to inquire about their services. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone was extremely condescending, rude, and unprofessional. Throughout the call, my general inquiries were met with sarcasm and a dismissive tone, which made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable. When I decided not to proceed with the booking due to this treatment, she abruptly hung up the phone on me. This behavior is unacceptable, especially for a business that caters to hotel guests and is expected to provide high-quality customer service. I hope this feedback prompts management to address such issues and ensure a better experience for future customers.

La señorita de la recepción del spa del hotel w es una maleducada, para un spa de un hotel de 5 estrellas es muy limitada, solo habla ingles y no Español, Miami es un lugar donde viene mucho turismo de España. Como nosotros que hablamos español. Tampoco sonrie y parece estar de mal humor. Al pedirle sacar una foto con el spa totalmente vacio se nego. Si no hay nadie no es lógico ademas de querer aplicar la misma norma que cuando hay personas. Me estropeo la tarde esta persona. No volvere , un hotel es un conjunto de detalles y cuando una persona desentona en la organización esta fracasa.

I'm a resident here for 4 years. Recently visited the gym and spa expecting a relaxing and enjoyable experience, but my visit was ruined by the rude treatment from Angela Terrell and the unprofessional response from Isadora, the manager. Angela was extremely rude to me during my visit, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. When I reported Angela's behavior to Isadora the manager, I was shocked to find her laughing about the situation instead of addressing it seriously. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially in a place that prides itself on customer service and luxury. We pay too much to live here for this type of treatment. I hope the board and management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary changes to ensure that future clients do not have to endure such disrespectful treatment. Until then, I cannot recommend Icon Brickell Spa or the gym to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing spa experience.

I love this spa. I live in the Icon and come to this spa every days. Not only is it the best spa, but the staff are amazing. Probably the best service in Miami. My favorite is the steam room 🧖‍♂️.

Absolutely the worst and most disrespectful staff I’ve met. The spa itself is beautiful but the staff need to improve on their people skills. Specifically the manager, Tiffany, was very rude, quite unintelligent and seems to have little to no social skills. I 100% will never come back or recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent Spa!! .. theres a pool, 3 plunge pool of different temperatures, sauna, steam room, lockers, showers, gym, facials, massages, even excellent nail service with Opi Gel and Dazzle Dry! However, ONLY for W Hotel, Airbnb guests at Icon and Residents.

I brought my mom and her sisters to the W for her 60th birthday and rented out a 2 bedroom condo with a great view. We were having such a great time until we went to the spa. Initially; we had a warm welcome. We sat in the hot tub’s and chatted. We then wanted to take advantage of the sauna. There were two girls in there. A really nice white girl who made space for use and a Hispanic girl who refused to move and took up an entire bench for herself. So my aunt and myself shared the top bench with the white girl and my mom and other aunt took the bottom bench. The top bench broke leaving two available benches. So my aunt and I left leaving my mom and my other aunt in the sauna. (Mom stayed because the sauna helps with her lower extremity edema). All of a sudden a Spanish girl (I think her name was Ayenna or something) from the front desk comes and kicks my mom out stating that the sauna is unsafe… but says something to the Spanish girl in Spanish (allowing her to stay)… the discrimination…. I’m so disappointed as my family traveled all the way from South Africa to be treated this way… I have noooo words…. And the fact that we’re spending $1000 a night to be here…. I’m so annoyed and disappointed. Never again.

The best experience I’ve had so far , the massage and facial was beyond amazing. I cried during my massage with Geysis , she’s definitely gifted. Can’t wait to come back! I really enjoyed my birthday 10x than I expected!

This is one of the best spas I have ever been to. We had a couples massage which was very needed. The service left us both feeling refreshed. The amenities at the spa were amazing. We were at the Icon for just a week. If I lived there, I would probably be in the spa every week.

Yulia is wonderful. The facial she gave me wasn’t just a cookie-cutter scrub & mask. She asked better questions to understand the best treatment for me and my skin days later looks better than any facial I’ve had. Thank you, Yulia! The facilities like the pools, sauna & steam room are stunning and very relaxing.
