Olivia saved me after a nightmare haircut at another salon! I had been to icon years prior and was hoping someone here could save me. Icon did not disappoint, they got me in for a same day appointment and were so helpful. I got a wash, cut and style and could not believe the price! The staff was friendly and the salon has such good energy, I will definitely be back!

I got my hair styled here and air brush makeup done for my wedding. I loved how both my hair and makeup turned out and how they lasted the entire day and night. Both women who did hair and makeup were fantastic! This is not my usual salon that I go to, but I would definitely go back as I had such a great experience.

Appointment was 1/2 late an... obvious scheduling problem. Stylist was new to me but, very nice. I received a color and cut. My bangs turned out alot shorter than where I showed the stylist I like them to fall...oh well they will grow back fast I hope. After styling and being in the chair for 3 hours I just wanted to go home. I was surprised to hear my bill was $265...now add on the tip! But, I did buy products suggested by the stylist. After waiting a day I just could not see the variation of colors I was looking for in my color. I looked all one shade. I returned back to the salon a few days later to hopefully get the results I had hoped for the first time only to be charged another $60. After spending over $300 at this salon and buying the suggested products and following the stylist after care I couldn't believe that after less than 3 weeks I was right back to my original color I walked in as! I have never experienced prices like this nor have I ever had my hair color fade as quickly as this. I have always had much longer hair than now. My past results at this salon were much more positive. I personally emailed the salon but, did not receive any response. I sincerely hope they think about changing their product manufacturer since these hair coloring products they use are not worth the money charged to the consumer.

I was charged a cancellation fee for getting a migraine the morning of my appointment. I was still able to cancel a half an hour before my scheduled appointment time. Absolutely absurd to charge customers who have a chronic uncontrollable illness. Won't be returning!

Izzy is amazing and really listens to what your needs are. I have a hard time finding someone to trim my bangs and she killed it!!

Brought child in for "just above the shoulder" hair cut. Also physically showed her just above the shoulder. She ended up just above the jaw line... I cannot believe she did that. It is the most absurd haircut I have ever seen. I am devastated for her. I didn't want to say anything in the salon bc I didn't want to make her feel bad about the haircut. Her dad's going in today to talk to them. She cut all the way up to the back of her hairline. It's insane! A few months back I got a gift card there and decided to get my curtain bangs trimmed and cut 5 inches off my long hair. She was the same stylist. Instead of curtain bangs she cut extremely thick and wide blunt bangs above my eye brows and I literally cried in the chair after I opened my eyes and saw what she did. Since I decided I would not be getting my hair cut there ever again I figured I could use the remaining balance for a simple kids hair cut. When we walked in and saw her I was instantly worried, but I felt like a simple straight above the shoulder haircut is pretty basic. Yet she still completely ruined it. What ever is left on the gift card will have to go towards the overpriced products they offer, bc I would never get a hair cut for myself or for my girls again. I am disgusted about the way they handled my haircut and I'm sure it's going to be the same when her dad goes in today. The stylist name is Taylor Hodkiewicz, she needs to get retrained or something. I don't understand why she doesn't listen and just does the ugliest stuff I've ever seen.

Excellent Salon for Guys too. Adrianah is a Fantastic Stylist and really knows the latest hair colors. Icon is Very Clean and Contemporary.

I booked online and was pleased to get a next day appointment. I’ve never been to this salon and was happy it was close to my home and super cute! Great products, cool space- - I was hoping I’d found my haircut home. I got a friendly greeting and coffee when I arrived and was ok waiting for a few minutes while I checked out the space. 15 min after my appointment time I was told my stylist would be right with me. At 25 min after my appointment time my stylist came for me and apologized for the wait, saying there was a mixup. Wish I would have known right away! There was ZERO friendly conversation. She spoke only to ask what I wanted with my hair. I’d asked for a trim to my fade/faux hawk and it was like she didn’t even see how I’d had it styled when I walked in. Instead of a hawk, she’d spent an inordinate amount of time blowing it straight up. I also booked a brow wax and was surprised when she remembered. Should’ve known better. She didn’t at all ask what I wanted and instead of cleaning up strays she stripped my full brows so I now look like I’m back in 1974. So bummed about my look. Would have appreciated a heads up about the late appointment (they could have sent a text or let me know when I arrived) and some convo about what I wanted.

As a young college student/ new Mom I was so excited for my experience at Icon Salon with Taylor. While Taylor was nice enough and did a good job on my color and cut the experience was SO painful. I was almost in tears multiple times while she was teasing my hair and then during the washing process. My favorite part usually is having my hair washed out as it's normally so relaxing. This time, I just could not wait for it to be over and wanted to ask her to just stop touching my hair multiple times. I was hoping my body language/face would convey how much pain I was in but if it did she didn't seem to notice. I'm really sad I paid so much of my hard earned money that I saved up for this hair appointment just to leave less relaxed and in physical pain. It's been a few hours since my appointment ended and it still hurts to touch my head. She seemed in such a rush the entire appointment, and I think that contributed a lot to how fast she was going and the fact she never checked in or seemed to notice how rough she was being. I'll be looking for a different salon for next time.

I am beyond upset that icon salon charged $135 for a gray root touch up! I did not have any other services-no highlights, no lowlights, no treatments, no hair cut, nothing but a touch up of my roots. This is outrageous! Will not be going back.

I never have had a bad experience at this salon. I have had all the hairstylists do eye brow waxes and never walked out disappointed. I’ve had autumn, Kendal, and Adriana do my hair and they are all wonderful and do an excellent job! I always feel welcomed and my money definitely does not go to waste when getting my hair done! I feel like I get a full treatment and never left unhappy and unsatisfied! 😊

Go see Autumn! Being a dude w really long hair/overdue for a cut, who has got it messed up before, I was pretty nervous to go in, but Autumn came highly recommended. She took into account everything I said and made my hair look better than i was expecting!

I booked a cut and color with Taylor. I ended up with exactly what I wanted when coming in and super happy with my results. Everything went great. It was also cheaper than I expected. I have a lot of hair so I knew I wouldn’t be getting the base price going in. Will be returning for root touch-ups. And bonus, the chairs that you sit in when getting your hair shampooed have massagers built in

I have been without a stylist since summer. I finally scheduled an appointment with Gina. She was able to create what I was looking for in a hairdo! The salon was very nice and clean.

My first visit to this salon, and I saw Tay for a cut and Balayage color. She was very sweet and professional, gave advice but allowed me to decide on various things. I got exactly what I wanted! I will definitely be back!

The owners did there absoulte best to make a hair situation gone wrong an amazing experience autumn is an amazing kind genuine human being and I will surely be going back to see her for my hair thank you so much for your compassion with what you do!!! The service here is amazing. The prices are extremely reasonable and the staff is super friendly. The range of products to purchase from the location is great as well. I don't see myself going to any other hair salons as long as they're around!

We had 5 bridesmaids, 2 moms and me for both hair and makeup. It was easy to schedule my trial for both my hair and makeup months prior to our wedding. There were multiple stylists that did both hair and makeup. My hair and makeup was done by Sam and I loved it! We were able to bring in whatever food and drinks we wanted as we got ready. Overall experience and pricing was great!
