I had the best experience with Novetta! I’ve always wanted to try a head/scalp spa experience, and this was my first try. She made me feel so comfortable - both physically and emotionally. I really felt like she cared about MY hair not just hair in general. Everything was so calming and individualized, and she walked through everything while also giving space for relaxation and quiet. She was extremely thorough from start to finish — I was really impressed! I went in with an itchy scalp and I left with my scalp feeling clean and my hair looking visibly rejuvenated. 11/10! I will definitely go back!

Had an amazing experience today at Iconic Beauty! I got a detoxifying scalp service and it was so relaxing. You can tell that Novetta really cares for her clients and is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work. I left the spa feeling very rejuvenated and I can’t wait to come back!

Novetta is an amazing woman she did my hair, and I have dreads it was very relaxing, everything was right on time. she scrubbed my scalp to perfection it was very clean. while receiving the scalp spa service she also gave a nice massage i will be returning for this service thanks Novetta.

I enjoyed my Japanese scalp spa treatment. It was a unique and relaxing experience for me. I was relaxed and almost fell asleep. My scalp was clean & felt so clean after my session .Novetta did a great job, 10/10 experience. I highly recommend, she is amazing!

Very professional, very clean. Novietta knows her products and tells you step by step what she is going to do. Today I had a steam wash and conditioner on my hair. It was very stimulating and relaxing. I will be going back.
