Nice spa with friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and compassionate staff. Visited for IV and compression therapies. The nurse was compassionate, courteous, and friendly. Very relaxing during therapy administration. They offer many different therapy modalities. If interested, I would encourage you to make an appointment to familiarize yourself with their offerings and if any apply to your challenges. They will make the time to answer your questions.

Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about their services. I couldn’t stay for the IV I wanted due to time constraints and the nurse I spoke with helped me complete my provider consult without pressuring me to stay or make me feel like I had to come back the same day to get quality service like other places probably would. Definitely coming back.

ICryo is great for the casual gym goer or the seasoned athlete, as well as anyone wanting to improve their overall health and wellness. The facility is modern, clean, and welcoming. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain the whole process. The cryotherapy was an experience. I also enjoy the compression, red light, sauna, and other services they have to offer. I noticed a significant drop in my post-workout soreness. The treatment really helps with inflammation and muscle recovery, leaving me feeling less stiff and more energized for my next workout. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to maximize their gym recovery.

I’ve been going to this Icryo since opening and I have to say this place has been a game changer when it comes to my recovery. The staff has been phenomenal and always there for me when I need something. Thomas got me setup on the lifestyle pass and I have nothing but great things to say about him. If you have trouble sleeping or need to boost your recovery time this is the place.

Braved the 3-minute cold room at iCryo Helotes—literally the coolest challenge ever! 🥶 It was as much a mental game as it was physical endurance, but I felt incredible afterward. The leg compression therapy? Like a high-tech hug for my legs! It was amazing. Can’t wait to try the infrared sauna next time. The staff and owners of this new wellness center are top-notch. Give them a try!

I've been going to ICRYO in Helotes since they opened, and I can't say enough great things about their Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna, Red Light Therapy, and vitamin injections. My family visited this location during their grand opening event where we individually explored some of their services. Glad we did! Among the services we received were compression therapy, cryo chamber, red light therapy, and IV infusions.
