They are very kind people, the thing I didn’t like was that is very expensive and I paid for a full Brazilian They didn't remove any hair from the bottom of my butt, and it wasn't the whole butt but they said that wasn't included but when I went for a Brazilian waxing in other places, they remove everything so you can put on a thong without having to shave.

I love this church and church family. The pastor always speaks to my heart and I learn so much from the Sunday school teachings. We do fellowship weekly and get to enjoy some time visiting with each other.

TLDR: I have scars from their procedure and will never go back even though I paid for it. I have not been to Ideal Image since Jan 2019. I started hair removal services for my upper legs, bikini area and my upper lip since 2014-2015 when they were located at Chapel Hills mall. The main reason I’m only leaving a review now, and a bad one at that is because of recent changes to my last hair removal service in 2019. I’ve gone to Ideal Image for several years and in those years I got burnt from their procedure 3-4 times. I get it mistakes happen and everyone’s skin is different. Since the first procedure they have noted in my file I cannot use a specific machines because my skin is too sensitive and I got burnt by their laser the first time. Even though they used a different machine I got burnt again a 2nd time. This time I was told that they have to increase the settings everything. I asked to note in the file I do not want the settings increase because I get burnt from it. The last time I went in Jan 2019, I was burnt so bad from their procedure that it took almost 3 weeks to heal and I had to put something on it for the burns. After 3 weeks, I noticed that some the burn marks became circular scars. Since then I have not returned or complained thinking it’s a scar and scars go away. I was wrong. These scars have now become moles. I have 6 scars from what I can tell (due to some areas not being visible) and 2 of them have become moles. What I ask for from a such a big company that’s been around for years, is that they take of their customers’ opinion and needs into account. I’m am beyond upset that I have scars from their procedure because they thought they knew better. Even if they offer lifetime touch ups, how will I feel safe going back? I’ll always be worried if they will scar me again.

The staff are friendly and professional. The work is exceptional. For laser hair removal in particular, they are mindful of the struggle of it and make sure to check in often. They repeat after care steps every visit, so there's no chance to forget. Overall the experience is really great, and I've been so pleased with the results. When I moved to the Springs in May last year, I wasn't sure what to expect, but they were better than the location I'd previously been using.

I was notified I could come in early so I did. I entered the office and was taken back before I could sit down. I feel everyone is very nice. My lady was great she just didn't get the hair under my nose like the first time. Not sure if that's normal or she forgot.

I’ve been going to ideal image locations since Approx 2016 for laser hair removal. This is my third location (due to military duty station moves). I have PCOS and received the lifetime contract to help keep irritation from facial shaving at bay. These treatments do work and help those suffering from hirsutism! For this location, making appointments is easy and there is never a long wait. All employees have been very kind. Delilah is also amazing! She is very thorough and knows what she is doing. Hands down my favorite person that has treated me from all three locations.

My armpit hair has never completely gone away. I still have to shave at least 2 times per week. Yet now I am on my lifetime membership and have to pay everytime I receive a treatment. It's not right that I paid so much money in the beginning and ultimately do not have to shave any less. How long do I have to pay for treatments when I've already done a ton without desired results? The lifetime membership treatments should be free.

Paid $6000 for abdominal cool sculpting & my after photos look worse than my before & my abdominal section looks deformed now. They’re trying to blame it on me gaining weight which is not true & if I did, may have Been 1-3 pounds max which probably was just water weight which fluctuates in everyone! They didn’t seem to care, wouldn’t refund my money & only offered additional treatments at an irrational discount price! I need my money back! $6000!!

So... very similar to other experiences.... I paid quite a bit of money for laser hair removal on my face. The progress was slow but observable because the hair thinned and was less obvious. Once I reached my "9 included treatments" the staff seemed to become very hesitant about doing extra treatments even though I wasn't at my 80% reduction guarantee. It was a battle every time to not have to pay. I did receive a few extra treatments free of charge because even a few techs agreed that I did not have the guaranteed reduction; however, each time I went in I was given other reasons why their removal wasn't working. My hormones were off. I had PCOS, etc. None of which are true. My primary care doctor even confirmed (after ideal image techs recommended to have my blood work done). I am still not happy with my results and still have to shave, but don't really have any desire to continue forking out almost $100 each time. I went to another company and found another package with lifetime treatments and including a larger area. I wasn't excited to have to pay more, but honestly I would be paying either way- so I'm justifying it by getting a larger area done. Ideal image really needs to revamp their packages if they want to stay competitive. The office was clean and there was one tech there (unfortunately I can't remember her name) that was amazing and truly cared. A few other techs felt very new or inexperienced and one even asked me what setting the laser was on for my previous treatment! I'm just disappointed in the whole experience and so sad I wasted so much money.

Very disappointed to now have to have a credit card on file. Just another opportunity for my information to be hacked/stolen. No reassurances as to what happens to my information when my treatments are completed. I won’t be recommending your company.
