I received my first laser hair removal from specialist Klaudija. I had my underarms and a Brazilian done and Klaudija did a great job. First she throughly explained the process and how it would feel based on the description of prior clients, to aftercare. The laser process overall is very fast. You smell the burning hair and it’s a bit uncomfortable but bare able. The establishment was quiet, clean and had a very professional setting. The process was easy and smooth. I’m looking forward to seeing the results with each appointment.

The service is so good and also the place is nice. But I have a problem. I went to them to get filler injections to lift the face and also Botox for the neck and the manager told me that it is better than filler and Botox is an ultherapy technique and that it keeps the face tight for 3 or 4 years. I asked him if it was 100% effective and that it would tighten the cheeks and neck. He said yes 100%. I did two sessions for the neck and cheeks, and when I asked the doctor, she said it only lasts for two years and does not lift the cheeks or tighten the neck significantly but a little. I went to them to talk to the manager, and they said that they do not have a manager currently. I feel that I was deceived. They said that they would present your complaint and call, but nothing happened. I went again and they also promised to call me to solve the problem, but nothing happened either.

Two full syringes at NO discount. My lips look no different. I was not offered any discount on my first visit. My marionettes look nice. Was just called and asked if I wanted to take advantage of the buy on get one.

35 minutes after my appointment time was finally seen, then told they could not provide what I booked the appointment for, then did not understand their own billing, after 45 minutes wasted with no treatment I finally just left. The facility is also filthy. Adding this review because they reached out and asked me to post a review.

My nurse injector was very attentive and informative. The injections were almost painless. The entire appointment went smoothly. Front desk staff also very personable and professional.

I cannot speak in regards to all of Ideal Image but I can say this one does have great Clinic Manager who I think has the best interest of consumers in mind. I did not end up going through with a service here but if I do in the future I will choose this place.

I had a wonderful experience. Misty was my technician and she was amazing, thorough, and knowledgeable. She told me what would happen every step of the way and even called the following Monday to follow up on how i was doing. Aubrey at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful as well upon my arrival. They were both very warm. I highly recommend this office.
