This place is a complete scam. I went in to inquire about some of the services that Ideal Image offers and wanted to ask some questions. The manager Krystal had met with me and had convinced me on the ultherapy knowing my condition, I was a little hesitant but she assured me it was fine, I can see now she was just trying to make a sale. A few days later I had changed my mind and did not feel comfortable going forward with this procedure for the medical reasons I shared with her. I asked if I can cancel my contract and she said no, I’m stuck with it. She failed to tell me that there’s a grace period of canceling and I was shy about a day, I wish she told me that while she knew I was a little hesitant. No empathy on her part for my situation, but she assured me I can use it for another service. The only other service I would be interested in is microneedling and she again assured me that the microneedling they do would help with my skin condition. It turns out that was the furthest from the truth, I was approved by their RN which is just a FaceTime call but the esthetician in person said she couldn’t do it on half my face. The fact that I have to pay FIRST before doing this whole process and being cleared by an RN and apparently their esthetician is insanity after she told me it would be fine. Now I’m stuck paying for services I can’t even do. This business is extremely unprofessional, does not care for their customers, will not accommodate or help you in any way. I’m stuck in a contract for reasons that are beyond my control and they don’t care even if it’s a medical reason. This place doesn’t deserve business or even 1 star. I’ve never felt more mistreated in my life. This was the worst experience in any place of business and I refuse to even step foot in their office again. If you want to be lied to, taken advantage of, and ignored then come to Ideal Image! I’ve also been waiting over a week for a call back from their general manager Michelle that has still failed to call me back on this issue.

I drove almost 2 hours and crossed into eastern time from central time, and they worked me in right away! The staff and practitioner have been so friendly and personable, that alone helps to lighten any worry or nervousness. I’ve been to 4 different places to get Botox/wrinkle relaxer in 5 years and they are by far my favorite! I have a spa in my town that I love, but still with the small town love and all that including the 4 hour travel to and from, I WILL STILL continue to go see the girls at Ideal Image! Can’t say enough to express how great they really are♥️!!! THANK YOUUUU SO MUCH LADIES 🤩

My first visit to Ideal Image was met with a professional staff and efficient, well-trained personnel. The nurse Brooke administered the procedure, explaining everything well as she went. I felt fine afterward and was able to drive home safely with no ill effects. I’m hoping the outcome will be as favorable!

Emily is amazing! She explains what she’s doing and what to expect at each treatment. She also gives full instructions for the follow up visit. My results have been amazing as well! I would highly recommend!!!

They are the best, I can’t trust myself with anyone else. The girl was so sweet, knowledgeable, they always are, can’t remember her name. Always professional, amicable, caring and very trustworthy., from the front desk until you finish your treatment. I can strongly recommend Ideal Image.
