Jo and Vickie were absolutely wonderful! Jo helped me finance a small plan so I could get a few more units. She knows her job and does it very well. Vickie was very personable and upbeat. She explained the procedure and then explained why she was placing injections in certain places which would give me the best results. Overall an absolutely wonderful experience!

I love the employees here. They’re just wonderful! Amazing and super helpful and friendly. I love the nurses especially Chelsi she’s amazing I had a laser session with her today super helpful walked me through the entire process, super sweet and funny! Definitely recommend Ideal Image worth your money and the service and employees is What makes the clinic such a good place! Miss Andy and miss Jo are so sweet and so helpful and truly make the patient feel seen and heard and great at problem solving and assuring patients the best they could!

Although I did my financing, appointment online. I didn't actually go to the spa. It was a bit of a misunderstanding of the treatments that were done the day of my appointment. But overall everybody was professional nice and helpful I walked away feeling hopeful for the treatments that I received Just please be aware to ask questions✅ Because we're not professionals we're just customers and it's very important to know what you want and what you're going to receive. I would suggest going to the spa to discuss with a professional. About your expectations and your treatments instead of online. 💫 💅🏼🦋

I have had the absolute BEST experience at this Ideal Image. I am a military spouse who started treatment in one location in a different state, and in two years this location will be my fourth location. It has been a struggle getting my treatments completed as promised, and paid for, until I got here. They were able to get me in and get me scheduled for four of my final treatments, but again ran into an issue getting my final appointment on the books. Huge shout out to Ms. Andy, who told me Friday that she promised to get it fixed. She called me first thing Monday morning to let me know that all of the issues had finally been corrected and I will be able to complete the remainder of my treatments with no issue. Andy is professional, personable, and is extremely good at her job. I was shocked when she mentioned she'd only been working there for about a month. This woman is going places. She's amazing and I hope this company recognizes what a valuable employee they have. Ms. Andy, I can not thank you enough for your help! *Edit to add* that my technician, Ameshia, just called to follow up to make sure everything was okay. That never happened at any other location. The service here is excellent!

I recently visited for laser hair removal, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, Jo at front desk staff greeted me with a warm welcome and made the check-in process smooth and easy. She were incredibly helpful in answering all my questions, advising me on skin care, and scheduling my appointments. The facility itself is clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology. Amisha was highly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the process thoroughly before starting. She made me feel more than comfortable every step! Overall, I’m thrilled with the results and would highly recommend to anyone considering laser hair removal and other treatments. It’s a top-notch experience from start to finish!

I started my services and enjoyed my experience so far. Staff was friendly and warm. The lady at the front desk is down to earth and easy to talk do. My nurse explained everything and went over my after care with me. I definitely will be back in three weeks.

Taylor was fantastic. She made me feel at ease and comfortable doing something I had never done. She was very informative. I don’t recall the 2 chaperones names but they were all very nice . A pleasant experience Went for my 8th appointment. The entire staff has always been fantastic from the front to the back

Today was my first time doing laser and first time at the clinic, and I must say Amisha was amazing, It went smooth, I felt very comfortable and relaxed. Amisha was so nice and gentle and patient and explained everything to me. Also the ladies at the front desk were sweet as well. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, I had a great first experience!

Great customer service from when I first walked in speaking with Ms. Jo, to receiving my service with Ms. Amecia. Both ladies were very sweet and very professional! They made me feel at ease about my entire experience! I will definitely be back, and I highly highly recommend!!

I recently visited the Ideal Image location in Cordova and had a very disappointing experience. I went in for a Botox treatment and was initially told it could be done that day. After filling out all the necessary forms and resolving issues with my gift cards, I was informed that no one was available to perform the treatment and that I would need to make an appointment for over a month later in December. When I asked for my gift cards to be returned, I was told that wasn't possible. The staff member, Linda, became rude and raised her voice when I insisted on getting my gift cards back. She eventually admitted that no one was available to perform the service that day, despite initially saying otherwise. This place seems to be a scam. Their goal appears to be to lock you in and take your money, with little regard for actually providing the services they promise. I was fortunate to get my money back, but I will never visit any of their locations again. Read the reviews and believe what they say. They are true. You will be disappointed, and they'll have your money. Beware of this business!

I transfered from one state to another drove an hour to get there for my appointment only for them to say "my manager is not here to confirm you units of botox left so you will have to pay out of pocket"!!! This is crazy! Such a waste of my day and did not receive the botox I transferred and previously paid for.

My treatment today was with Amesha (I hope I spelled that correctly). She was phenomenal! She was patient, professional and personable. She answered all of my questions thoroughly, and most importantly, she made me feel comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were also, great. They greated me with kindness and smiles making the process easy and pleasant.
